Great location - just across the street from the sea and only a two block walk from the train station. Room 306 had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and the bike path below. Although the hotel is on a busy street, there are automatic shades you can put down covering the glass door to the balcony at night for quiet. Air conditioned room makes for great sleeping. Wifi is excellent. Buffet breakfast in restaurant next door was wonderful and plentiful. The staff was so welcoming, helpful and pleasant. A perfect stay in a lovely city.

Wonderful staff, young man, escorted us to the parking garage on our arrival. Wonderful lady at reception made a great effort in coming to our room to open door and provided a key to assist us entering our room. The balcony was an added bonus. She also made reservations at the restaurant attached to the hotel. Breakfast and dinner at the attached restaurant were delicious and really classy. The food was awesome. Exceptional customer service. Will definitely return.

Nothing not to like

Our room on the 5th floor had an amazingly spacious balcony overlooking the sea, with comfortable lounge furniture. The breakfast was included and served in the adjoining restaurant. There was a large choice of options, juices, fruit, cheeses and homemade pastries and everything was very good. The location was perfect with the sea across the road with a variety of small beach bars. And Sabrina was very charming and helpful!!

We had a car and reserved a parking spot which was in the garage around the corner. We had to get the garage key to enter the garage and return it once we had exited

The location, the staff at the reception, the cleanness

The services at the restaurant need improvement. One could wait long minutes just for the menu while waiters were not busy at all. One staff was quite intimidating The wifi coverage needs to be extended to the restaurant that is part of the hotel. I mean for residents.

Excellent overall. The selection at breakfast was very good. The only problem was the road noise as we had a room with a balcony and a sea view.

Although the room was very large the bathroom needed updating. There was a crack in the hand basin and the shower had a lot of black mould inside.

Located near the beach, very friendly staff and a good restaurant near by, breakfast was great. All beds were in one big room, fortunately with air conditioning. Good place to stay in San Remo.

The hotel has no parking, one has to park the car somewhere on the street around the block and it costs 12€ per day. Easy parking app works though.

Staff was very nice, location is perfect. Coffee was amazing! Rooms were very clean and you have everything what you need to have a nice vacation.

Only thing that we would change is to have a little more varied breakfast. It was ok but for couple of days we need more to pick and change.

Room was comfortable, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. It was air conditioned which made for comfort with outside temperatures of more than 30 degrees at night. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, providing a very wide choice of hot and cold food. Dinner in the restaurant was to a very high standard with a wide choice of menu' served by very attentive, smiling staff. Reception staff were always smiling and very helpful.

The room was a little small for two people to move around freely. Supply of tea , coffee and toiletries were not replenished each day, but a visit to reception soon put that right. As the room overlooked a main road, traffic noise made sleep difficult, but we became accustomed to it. The hotel didn't have a lounge or bar where guests could enjoy a relaxing drink, but there were a number of cafe bars within 100 metres of the hotel.

The room was basic but the bed and pillows were comfy. We also had a small balcony we could sit on for some fresh air. No AC but could open the windows but beware mosquitos.

The road along the front was super noisy all night long with mostly loud motorbikes! The room itself was a bit outdated but otherwise perfect for an overnight stay.

Staff helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and it was a short walk to the town centre. A lovely sea view and great to be able to park at the hotel, for a cost. Staff in the breakfast room were very accommodating and offered coffees and cooked the eggs fresh.

Would have been nice to have had some cold water to drink left in the room as a courtesy.
