I liked the location, close to the highway and it was quiet

I didn't like that I was double charged, paid the hotel directly with cash and was charged by the booking company to my credit card. Been trying to have charges reversed but can't get anywhere with the hotel trying to get receipt for payment. Booking company needs proof of payment before reversing charges.

Breakfast was very complete. There are several types of bread, fruit and the croissaints are very tasty. The room was very good in overall, spacious and clean. The availability of a bar and food through up late in the night becomes very appealing to choose this hotel over others.

There are two individual beds, but are very narrow, sometimes not able to provide good night sleep, depending how you move during sleep. A couple's bed or two beds with more width would be more comfortable.

I appreciated that there was someone at the desk 24/7 which makes the check in much easier. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite good with lots of fruit options. The two staff I spoke with were helpful. Excellent space for the car and easy to park. No horrible underground dungeon to go into.

Nothing. The hotel is find and honest in the description. You definitely need a car but the parking is fab!!!

I stayed here on my way back to Porto airport. The hotel was great location. The room was quite spacious. The hotel has a lovely pool which I unfortunately didn't have time to use, but it looked lovely. I was travelling alone, but felt very safe and looked after.

The room was a little dated, but nothing to stop me staying again.

The staff were very helpful. Could get to the medieval fair in town via shuttle straight from the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Bed was a little hard. Room was a bit stuffy.

A last minute booking into a clean and quiet area with beautiful wooded area room. Nice morning breakfast and great staff. Would stay again.

Room sizes tend to be very small at the Ibis chain and this was no exception.

Location was great, easy access to the highway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was dated and due to some mobility problems, getting in & out of the bath was difficult. Some handrail within the bath / shower would help.

Excellent budget hotel - even a pool! The staff were very attentive and friendly even the cleaners were really helpful.
