The perfect location in Espinho. 1 min from the beach and train station. Lots of bars and restaurants just around the corner. The family room was perfect for 5 people(3 children). It was a double bedroom with a private toilet, just right for a couple of nights.

None of the things below really bothered us, the whole stay was nice and smooth, but just for others to know: The hotel is a bit dated. Humidity/mould in the toilets. The rooms have double windows (not double glass), but the sound isolation is zero. You can hear all the cars passing by which is not a problem between 1-7am. The light also passes through the curtains after 7am. The breakfast was very simple but it was fair for the price that we paid for the room.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect - 1 min from the beach, 1 min from the train, 5 min from Casino and boardwalk, 3 min to grocery store. Rooms have a little balcony, that makes it really cosy.

I think that would be great if there is a fridge available in the room. Also, there is only one socket in the room (plus one in the bathroom) that makes it pretty difficult to charge all of your devices

Good value for money. It's simple but good enough if you are looking for an economic option. I stayed on the 3rd-floor in a 2-room, 1-bathroom area with my family and we had a good restful night. There was some noise outside, some kind of noisy machine (I don't know whether it belonged to the hotel or to some construction outside) but it stopped strictly at 10pm and then it the setting was mostly quiet even if the rooms are not soundproof.

The continental breakfast was very good, with everything fresh.

As far as we were concerned everything was as expected, as we have stayed there a couple of times already, nothing to complain about!

After reading reviews I got worried about hard mattresses and poor breakfast but both of them were good. The hotel is located very close to the beach - Espinho has beautiful sandy beach.

The hotel has no air conditioning. I knew this in advance and it wasn't a problem for us in October, but in summer this could be a problem

It was really close to the beach and the city center. Breakfast was good enough.

One of the beds was a bit noisy, but for the price we pay, it's not a big issue.

Like the previous time that's why I chose this hotel again. The staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is also great. The rooms are perfect, clean and perfect for the purpose .

A small fridge in the room might be useful.

Instead of the two stars the hotel is incredible. The rooms are cleaned every day, the towels are changed every day. The cleaners, the receptionist and the waiters are very friendly and funny. Next time we will chose this hotel again. :-D

Nothing. I could mention the tricky door opening and the weird tap but these do not makes our stay worse.

All the staff are so friendly and helpful... I'm so glad .... Thanks for treat me and my little dog with so much love!!

The only thing was not have a trop service for the breakfast...cause I can't enter with the dog on the restaurant and he Barts outside de hotel....but it's was not a big deal I can took my breakfast to go ! And I hope come back every year.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was well taken care of. And the establishment was at the center of everything we wanted to go and see during our trip.
