The hotel is located a short metro ride from the centre of Porto. We found the metro clean, safe and a very convenient way to get around. We stayed on the executive floor (allocated randomly on arrival) and the rooms were lovely and big. Beds were very comfortable and the staff were great. We were moving to another part of Porto the next day and the staff even let us leave our bags at the hotel desk until we could check in to our new accommodation!! Amazing service :)

The only slight negatives I would say is the air conditioning was not easy to operate, so I just left the window open. And perhaps the bathrooms need to be updated. However it was very large and had all the things you would expect to find and actually some you wouldn't (bathroom scales!!).

We had an excellent breakfast at the restaurant on the top floor, which offered a great view. The rooms were clean, and the location was superb, with metro transit just 2 minutes away, making it easy to access major attractions. The staff were particularly impressive - attentive, efficient, and friendly. Special mention to Tiago and Juliana at reception, who were kind and made our trip to Portugal truly special. Thank you so much!

The rooms were lovely. The staff were awesome especially Rita at reception and another gentleman, can't rememberhis name. Juan the Restaurant staff . Every request was catered for no matter how small. It was an enjoyable wedding anniversary.

I would have rated it 10/10 but my only complaint is the breakfast which was really good and but things like eggs bacon sausage etc were cold even in the food warmer. Had to ask for my food to be reheated. I like my breakfast to be really hot. I think the food warmer wasn't effective.

Good hotel, close to the Porto center (15min walk downhill to the famous bridge). Tasty breakfast, however would be nice to have some veggies offered as well. The staff was really nice!

I dont think the hotel should be rated 4 starts, rather 3, as it is obviously outdated and the breakfast options are not so various. Nontheless we enojyed our stay and had a fantastic time :))).

Good location and great price are the two main features of this hotel. The building is located next to a tram/metro stop, so you can easily get to the city center. Great and friendly staff, always ready to help. Wonderful breakfast on the highest floor with city view. There is also free underground parking.

This nice hotel needs a little renovation. Because the rooms have everything you need, but often old and worn out. Because of this, the room does not seem cozy. But for a short stay, this is not critical.

Location is just a 25min walk down to the river , where to portwine cellars are and then to cross the Bridge into oldtown Porto, or metro station just outside hotel. Easy parking at hotel. Great Restaurant on 10th floor with spectacular view. Dinner was execptional.

This hotel is ideally located for a few days in Porto. Situated within about 2/3 minutes walk from the metro, giving good and reliable connections to both the airport and train station. Breakfast was plentiful consisting of both continental and cooked. I can recommend half board and the bar prices are not excessive. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, and will certainly stay there again.

One and only evening we had a buffet evening meal and it wasn't quite as good as previous evenings but still very good but not the excellent quality we had enjoyed previously

The room was very clean, the personel amazing, very helpful, service is 10/10.

The only problem was the air conditioning. It worked, but the air was blowing warm, and it was 28° outside, and we stayed in the upper floor. So it was hard to sleep, because of the heat.

Very professional and helpful gentleman at reception. We got a free upgrade to a beautiful suite which was great. Good breakfast. Free parling

There was a problem with the shower faucet.

Lovely hotel great location for transport into Porto

My only complaint was the shower curtain, would prefer a shower screen, but that is my personal preference
