The location was excellent, the breakfast was good and the staff were very attentive.

We had just come from another 5* hotel where the staff were very smiley and friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Here the staff were friendly and helpful, but just a little too stiff and formal for our liking. Also the main problem was the rules, especially around the swimming pool. You have to book, and you just get an hour. You are told there is a 50 Euro fine if you lose the plastic towel card. For a 5 star hotel you don't want to be given a list of things you cannot do, or that a facility is not available because someone else has booked it.

Everything, the hotel is very pretty and impressing in its size. We booked a room with a view and couldn't be disappointed, we could see Porto and the river from our terrace garden. The staff was also very gentle. 🫰 In term of food there was a lot of choice, from the breakfast to the options in restaurants. And the food was delicious. The cocktails were amazing when done by the bartender Diogo. Best part for us was the access to a spa and pool.

The bartender was alone during the 2 nights we spent there. He had to run between the many restaurants when a guest was asking for a cocktail. One night we had to wait a long time for our food due a mistake, and when we finally had our food, it still wasn't the right order. We didnt want to bother the staff with complaining but though it would have been proper to get a discount on this meal or maybe a drink offered.

We liked the views from the hotel and the relative ease to walk to the bridge. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Breakfasts are great! But we must mention that when we checked out, due to theMarathon event, our booked car couldn't come in time due to road closed, the hotel staff by the hotel name of Guilherme, he offered to drive us to the train station so that we wouldn't missed our train. Thank you Guilherme, becos of you, we made it!

Some of rooms' terrace are next to the hotel's swimming pool or roof top bar, there's absolutely no privacy. We have to change a couple of times to find a room's terrace that has more privacy.

We booked Tivoli Kopke without knowing much about the history of the location and newness of the facility. We were delighted with the size and location of the room, the quality of the beds, the shower facilities and linens; we used the gym, the indoor and outdoor pools, and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel (one-day). Guest reception was very helpful, making restaurant recommendations and helping us make reservations and suggestions for sites to visit. All of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are gorgeous with wildflower meadows and outdoor sculpture, plenty of places to sit and take-in the views of Porto riverside and skyline; artwork throughout the hotel is very interesting and high-quality. We cannot wait for our next visit!

We could not find fault in anything during our visit, though we read others found the floorpan confusing. That this hotel repurposes the Kopke port warehouses adds to its charm. Perhaps lighting could be somewhat brighter indoors to improve navigation efforts, though it may detract from the artwork displays.

The hotel location was fabulous with splendid views of Porto. The hotel itself beautifully appointed with high end furniture and amenities. Art pieces throughout the whole hotel complement the premium feeling of it. Great pools, great staff and amazing views. And all of this while keeping an authentic feeling of the previous building in this new repurposing for the hotel. Excellent.

Nothing. If I need to nitpick, the breakfast was very good but it could still be improved to match the rest of the value of the hotel. The pools have limited capacity, which is excellent if you arrive in the right time and not great if you don’t.

The hotel is beautiful and is in a fabulous location, the staff were amazing, Francisca on Guest relations was so helpful and Jao who escorted us to our room was so informative in the hotels history and also the area of Porto. My husband and I had a massage in the Spa, the Spa is beautiful and the therapists were so lovely and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I as we had only limited time left at the hotel, I would highly recommend visiting the spa on your visit.

There were a lot of small children at the swimming pool which makes it a noisy area. The restaurant couldn't serve a vegetarian main course - the only thing they could come up with was a children's meal which was a plain pasta without any sauce. This was a disappointment.

Everything was perfect. It was so lovely that it was hard to leave the hotel. Breakfast staff were so nice and cleaning ladies were sweet too.

Everything was perfect but on the Monday which was pretty quiet the pool staff forgot our order and then made us sign twice for our order and its possible we got double charged..not sure though. It didnt spoil the stay though had the best stay ever.

Spacious room, well cleaned, wonderful staff - in special, Francisca was amazing. We completely loved it. Kids enjoyed their stay, the spa pool, and breakfast.

Spa pool hours - it should be open in the afternoon for kids as well. I wish they could sell the Ruby port wine bottle.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very attentive and keen to help. Rooms were great. Late checkout was very helpful. Lots of extra touches e.g. umbrella in room, decent sized towels, steamer for clothes. Pool was lovely. It took a while to orientate myself to the layout of the hotel. A map would be helpful!
