Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable Breakfast was good New pool area will be great when completed

There were extensive building works being carried out at the back of the hotel to build a new swimming pool area ( which we were not made aware of either by the hotel or booking.com) they started early and it meant using the current pool was not relaxing as it surrounded by builders drilling, welding and dust. Our room was also up a set of stairs which had a light using a sensor - it was not sensitive enough and i fell on the stairs as it was too dark to navigate safely.

Only that we wait until 4:15 pm to check in because the room wasn’t ready knowing that we make our reservation before 2 months but the presidential suite was really super clean and the staff give us a drink for free in the restaurant because of our waiting but it was hard to wait more than one hour after a long trip maybe they have a staff shortage they have to arrange it because people can’t wait too much to make their check in knowing that check out was 12 so 4 hours and half to clean was tooooo much

The staff at the Hotel are true legends! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Ruben, Luisa and another gentleman at the reception were super helpful in putting together a surprise for my mum. The staff at the bar were amazing as well - shoutout to Marcelo. The free shuttle to town is a plus - Akyo was a perfect gentleman. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Porto.

We used the free shuttle to downtown Porto, which was very handy. The spa pool was gorgeous, warm and calm, though you have to purchase a cap at 5E, which is a bit silly. The breakfast was wonderful, with beautiful fresh fruits and lovely pastries, as well as a few hot items. The overall hotel is peaceful and quiet, a bit of paradise in Porto. The rooms are exceptionally quiet, and very dark, which is great for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

As i asked for a double bed , the hotel provided us with an amazing room where the bathroom and the bedroom were separated by some stairs that gave and extra notch of privacy and the bed was amazing, super confortable.

i have to say that the thing i would change has nothing to do with the hotel or staff, was the weather that we had a great day to wake up to falling rain. our room for someone with moving restriction would not be the best but not a problem for us.

The hotel is a little way from the centre but front desk are excellent tutours for Uber use… Breakfast although good at 18 euros each was definitely a bit pricey …

The hotel is stunning. After a long day walking around, the spa and indoor pool were brilliant! Exactly what we were looking for in this holiday! Staff was very kind and helpful, specially Soraia and Vitor. The free shuttle was very handy as well, leaving you in the city centre but the metro station is also less than 10 minutes walking from the hotel.

Beautiful slice of Luxury! The indoor heated pool was warm and the area modern decor was very posh. The breakfast had EVERYTHING!! THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD BUT MORE CHOICES WOULD BE GREAT. Staff was SUPER HELPFUL each day. Free shuttle van was wonderful too!

Very comfortable room. Lovely little bar! Great breakfast. The best receptionist out of 14 hotels on this trip….she should teach the other receptionists we came across!!

Access to pool was tricky and it was cold…not many seats….but new pool being built while we were there.

The breakfast offered an excellent choice of hot and cold dishes. The bowls of fruit were much appreciated. The staff was very attentive to maintaining the availability of the hot food. One morning when I asked if the eggs would be replenished, I was told five minutes, which was fine and when they were ready, a member of staff asked if I would like them brought to me. Very nice. The location was safe and easy to navigate. It is on the Gaia side so there is a bit of a walk across the bridge to sights on the Porto side.

My room was fairly small. I had to lift the desk chair and carry it across the room to move it closer to the bed. There wasn't enough room to just roll it between the bed and the wall. Still, it was bright and cheery. Immaculately maintained.
