I booked an ocean view room and it was beautiful. Spacious, comfortable! Very comfortable beds, functional kitchen. The beach is beautiful, there is a breakwater and therefore you can swim even if there are big waves. The hotel is heated and you will be comfortable in any weather.

The cot for the child did not look very reliable. Book underground parking in advance, as you will not get 100% space in the hotel's free parking, it is very small and it is very difficult to find a parking space around the hotel. I was disappointed by the lack of wine glasses and in general the number of tableware could not have been so limited. For example, we only had 2 cups for 4 people.

Location in respect of walks, beach and train station were excellent. We occupied a Studio apartment and it exceeded our expectations in respect of comfort, space and decor. The kitchen had everything that we needed, we just dined in for breakfast only. We had a small balcony viewing the street on the left side and the beach on the right side which was a bonus. Unfortunately, the weather turned a little foul towards the end of our stay which was disappointing.

A you approach the Hotel from the side, it was a little dirty in respect of path and walk through. There was a lot of noise coming from a late night bar out front which was very annoying a couple of nights which was unfortunate and it disturbed our sleep pattern.

The view was incredible! I stayed on the 11th floor and the place was one of the most perfect hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Besides the spacious apartment which was a lot of space for one person, I had a basic kitchen. Besides the room, the staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

If I could change one thing, I would put outlets near the bed. There were no electrical plugs close to the bed.

I loved the amenities in the apartment. It was perfect. The location was wonderful with everything we needed including the Casino right near by. I will definitely return to stay longer and make use of the bicycles and spend more time exploring and on the beach. The apartment is a place a will return to.

The front entrance was dirty. People left their cigarette butts out on the entrance and their litter which was not cleaned often.

Very spacious apartment, comfortable beds, very nice staff. Breakfast is served on the 13th floor and was delicious. Staff are really helpful and everywhere was really clean. Will definitely return.

The only downside was the taxi we ordered from reception to drive is to the airport when we were leaving was almost twice the price of the taxi we arranged through Booking.com to bring us from the airport to the hotel. Also, unlike the guy who drove us from the airport to the hotel, the other driver drove like a lunatic and we were quite nervous.

The apartments are somewhat dated, however clean and spacious. However the location is what this is all about. The hotel/apartments are right on the beach, next to the centre with al kinds of restaurants, supermarket and 2min walk from the Espinho train station. Staff is really very kind and even went to a lot of trouble to return an item to us which we forgot

The location of the hotel makes it easily accessible. Although cushioned behind the Casino, which can sometimes be confusing to first-time visitors to Porto, the hotel's location is still very convenient.

A restaurant within the hotel would still suit visitors, who are here for the first time. Its quietness makes it, however, the best property in this part of the city.

Excellent location, close to beach, train station ,town and restaurants/bars. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartment cleaned everyday. Comfortable and had everything we needed.

We were lucky and got a parking space, but there aren't enough for all clients and you can't reserve a space in advance..

The fact that you have a little home from home with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge dining area. We also had a lovely sea view and every day there were surfers out on the waves. Espinho is a lovely little town in which to stay, lots of local shops and restaurants nearby. A very pleasant stay. Nearly forgot, its just a short walk from the train station so really handy for trains anywhere on Portugal or 30min away from Porto.

Not much to dislike really. Some will find the decor dated and there were a couple of electrical outlets that didn't work but there was nothing major.

Everything was perfect! The location is great, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. We even got discount for a show at the casino. The apartment was great and fully equipped for a comfortable stay.

The parking area can be a bit crowded and one day we didn’t manage to park there. Thankfully the staff helped us find a spot in the nearby area.
