This was our second time here and still one of the best accommodations we’ve been to. Raffaella is THE BEST host you could ever have. She’s always smiling and helping in any way she can. The breakfast is amazing, especially the omelette and the coffee. The room is clean and well equipped. The apartment is around 5-10 minutes away from the center and the buses. There is a little shop on the way to the center, we always stopped there to get water. All in all we had a very pleasant stay and can’t wait to come back again in the future. 😊

- great villa with big green garden (it is like heaven) also with very nice sea view- sunsets are amazing! - comfortable bed - big room with AC - very clean - delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients from the garden - Raffaella is the best host ever: she is very helpful, friendly. You can see she loves the place, her guests and capri! She started supporting us even before our check in via messages for arranging a taxi to the villa and back, what to do in our first day etc. Also, she helped us make plans and use our days in the best and most efficient way possible un the island. - very good location, 6-7 minutes walk to Anacapri center from very beautiful streets. Easy to use as a base to see the island - great value for money

- shower doors need a renewal (still works well with no problems) - it is nothing luxury (which is totally what we prefer )

From the moment we came to Raffaella's place, we felt like coming home. Peaceful location, with the nice terrace where you eat your breakfast - and we got home made omelette. Raffaella gave us very useful tips what to see on the island, where to go for dinner... We loved the friendly dog and cats.

It was just perfect, Raffaella our host was incredible, inviting and loving. clean large room and bathroom, liked Raffaella’s garden, great sea view from the breakfast serving area and great home made breakfast made from the vegetables and fruits and eggs from the garden 😍 staying there makes you feel just like local person who lives there… certainly if we have the chance we will com back.. our best wishes to you Raffaella and to your kind Mom, we love you!!!

The host was very kind and lovely. She gave us a cold drink when we checked in and told us about the tourist spots and restaurants in Capri. The breakfast on the terrace with a great view was delicious. We were able to spend a relaxing time and feel refreshed.

‘Fantastic’ is still not sufficient to describe the experience. The hospitality, service, generosity, pieces of advice and availability of the personnel were top notch. Very peaceful atmosphere, idyllic scenery and definitely a perfect way to kick off the day by indulging in the delicious and fresh breakfast, as well as to close it by admiring the lovely sunset along with the Ischia island at the horizon. Rooms very tidy, body care products available, daily change service, everything one needs available.

Welcoming atmosphere. Good breakfast and delicious. The lady at the property provided us with detailed recommendations on the main places to visit. This kind of service can make a significant difference😃

Very nice villa , very clean ,room beautiful. Hostess polite, nice ,helpfull, explained about town and where to go ,what to see. Breakfast was full, omlet delicious , was enough for lunch too. TY.

The solitude, after being in Capri which is very busy. Home from home with chickens, pets etc. It is lovely. Also family are lovely, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Beautiful breakfast overlooking the garden.

A little bit of a walk from centre but actually great to walk around and is much quicker once you know the way.
