Breakfast was amazing, every day different local specialities served by the most lovely staff. We booked the room with balcony and seaview and it was lovely. Rossana and her mum were the lovelies hosts and always helped out with questions. Also, if you get the chance - book the homecooked dinner with them. It was the BEST food we had during our stay it was delicious, fresh and so good. They get all their ingredients fresh and local and it's cooked privately for you.

The only "missing" thing was storage room in the room, such as a closet or a set of drawers would've helped to keep the room looking more clean during the stay, because in our room was not much space to store our things/clothes

The property was located 10 mins from the rail station so easy to walk to from Sieano station. When we arrived the host was out and she left the keys so we could self check in. Lovely modern room, spotlessly clean, amazing view of the bay of Naples from our room. There was a kettle and facilities for tea/coffee and super shower. The bonus was the lovely roof terrace with loungers, comfy chairs and stunning views over bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Breakfast was cooked to order with a lovely choice of cold meats, yogurt or eggs. Highly recommend.

The hosts were super friendly and always helped us with any questions and provided us with information. One evening, we booked dinner with her. It was absolutely delicious and more than worth the price. Various appetizers and desserts were served alongside the main course—more than I can list. They also always asked if we wanted more. The Rooftop is very nice. We were given extra beach towels, free of charge! We were also not charged for a drink from the fridge.

Unfortunately, our room was thinly soundproof. When my neighbor's faucet/shower was turned on, I could hear it very clearly during the night, waking me from my sleep. Likewise, I could hear breakfast being prepared in the morning. It might not have bothered people with better sleep. The parking lot is a 5-minute walk away.

Everything was just great! We were greeted warmly, shown to a convenient parking lot nearby (a closed area, so the car was safe). The room is bright, clean and tidy, with a terrace and incredible views of Mount Vesuvius and the sea. It was very nice that there was cold water in the fridge, and the breakfasts were delicious and Italian-style atmospheric. The owner was always in touch, helped with advice and even sent menus of local restaurants with delivery. The apartment is cozy and peaceful - a perfect place to relax!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The location is fantastic, offering a beautiful sea view from the terrace where you can relax both during the day and in the evening. The breakfast service is exceptional, with a wide variety of options to suit everyone, including those with food allergies. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I requested gluten-free and lactose-free sweets, and they went above and beyond to provide these options for me. One big compliment to this hotel - we will definitely return for a longer stay next time!

This place has the best breakfast ever! I would seriously return just for the breakfast—everything is freshly made. It's a lovely family run hotel, very close to the train station in Seiano. I would actually recommend taking public transport to reach here. There is no on-site parking, but you can find street parking, and the host will reimburse you for it.

It’s a bit hard to find, as it’s located on the second floor of a residential building, but it has a beautiful rooftop that overlooks the coastline.

Everything was perfect! Especially our host Rossana. (and her parents :)! ) Everything was perfectly clean, breakfast was amazing every morning, delicious and versatile and cleaning and cooking ladies are very polite and helpful. Would definetly reccomend and come back! Location was great, calm small city near Sorrento. 10/10

Comfortable bed and pillows. Good breakfast. Super nice staff. Good balcony with comfortable chairs.

Location. Parking (quite far by walk). Further from the beach than indicated. 1146 steps up/down a super steep hill, after you have to walk more to find a beach, where most of them are private and those that are free are full of people and with rocks.

From the location to the breakfast, facilities, and staff, everything was just top. I do not remember the last time I enjoyed a stay this much, especially for something labelled as a B&B! We were looking forward to breakfast every morning, being served by the super nice staff. The view from the roof-top terrace is simply outstanding, and to top it off everything is really clean and modern.

Pretty much nothing, our room was the closest to the breakfast area so there was some noise coming from the kitchen in the mornings. If you are a light sleeper and enjoy staying out late this might be something to keep in mind, otherwise everything was stellar!
