I had a very pleasant stay at Orchard Cottage Hotel. The location is excellent—safe and conveniently close to key landmarks like the High Commission, Dolmen Mall, and the Shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi. The property itself offers a unique blend of a homely and hotel-like environment, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. A special mention to the manager, Mr Farhan, whose hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and welcoming accommodation in the area.

As a non Pakistani father visiting Karachi with the family, i am always looking for a good mix of family visits ,children entertainment, safety and quality. Orchards Cottage hotel just provides everything, location is perfect next to the sea and major high end mall, high standard of safety within the Clifton area in general, perfect quality rooms with great breakfast, on top of that the super friendly staff starting from Farhan at the reception giving all possible support throughout the stay, and Konal in the restaurant whonpays attention to every details and it took him only 1 day to knows exactly what each of us likes, everyone was extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend the hotel to everyone and i would come again for Sure!

Location was excellent as it was near the city center. I had to go to the US embassy, which was just 10-15 mins drive form embassy. Breakfast was great too. However, it'd be great if you can give the option of serving breakfast in the rooms, as the elderly family members face difficulty if they have to use stairs many times a day & when there is no lift available in the hotel. Breakfast for my mother was served in the room on my request. However, it'd have been great if we could have had the breakfast together. Staff is super helpful & accommodating. Our room was upgraded. We arrived 2 hours early than the check-in time. We were immediately given a room within 10 minutes. we were able to get some rest after a long tiring journey.

Hotel was good in regards to comfort, facilities, cleanliness & very helpful staff. However, i feel entrance needs some attention. There was no board sign outside the hotel. we had difficulty finding the property. Entrance is a bit dull & to be honest it was a big turn off. we could have left right there if we were not in a hurry. Entrance should be more lively and welcoming & clean. Maybe a little comforting music to bring the place alive or a lively lobby, lounge area. There was this stench near the gate when we just entered the hotel which was too overwhelming. However, it was controlled later. There should be proper signs indicating your dining area.

I really appreciated staying there. The staff was excellent. For instance, I had to leave very early in the morning (before breakfast time), and the staff prepared a good breakfast for me in advance (5:30am). They serve tea when you arrive, are very welcoming and respectful. They also arranged the taxi service to the airport, which was excellent. My room was very clean and comfortable. That was the best hotel I got during my stay in Pakistan (4 different hotels) for almost the same price.

The room area is good enough. All the mentioned amenities were available, breakfast and food service were awesome, Mr. kunal took care of individual choice and taste of food, and the best was service, Mr. farhan had taken care of almost everything I asked for, and he went off the way to make our stay comfortable. Want to highlight one important thing was safety 5 star for that.

Had a great stay at this hotel located in an accessible area of Clifton with every prime location available in its vicinity. Rooms were quite clean and had all the utilities present. Staff is the most prominent aspect of the property as they are super friendly and professionals. Its highly recommended to anyone looking for international standard stay.

One of things which they can provide is slightly thinner Pillows for people with neck problems as they are quite buffed up. Other than that everything else was great

Staying at Orchards made my trip stress free and pleasant. The staff was great! Mr. Arbab took care of us from the day we booked till the time we checked out. Arbab helped us arrange our booking and find the best room for my mother who cannot take stairs. After arrival, Arbab and staff ( Faisal & Farhan) made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Since I had an elderly person with me, the staff helped in making sure that bags were carried for us, rides were managed and helped us with any little help we needed. On a day when we couldn’t manage a ride at night, Mr. Arbab helped us manage a ride. On a night where we couldn’t manage food, Mr. Arbab helped us manage a ride. Faisal and Farhan on the other hand treated us like family and made us feel very comfortable. Our guests were treated so well! On a very positive side, Mr. Arbab talked with us with a lot of respect that he would not look in the eyes of the females Other staff members in the kitchen made sure that the food was provided fresh and super flavorful. One of the staff members, Kunal, was always there in the morning along with the other staff members (cannot recall names) to make our breakfasts amazing and memorable. Every single member in the staff and management was amazing. My family still misses the breakfast! If you are in Karachi, this is the best place to stay at due to the following plus points and many others: 1. Respectful and helpful staff 2. Beautiful atmosphere 3. Guests were treated well 4. Closed to Dolmen Mall 5. Very safe area 6. Beautiful rooftop 7. Amazing food Last but not least, you will love your stay here!

I stayed at Orchards after a gap of three years but the place still maintains the same standards and exudes warmth. The location is ideal with a peaceful neighbourhood. The front desk staff manager Farhan was very polite and accommodating throughout the stay and was always available to assist with any kind of queries. Their complimentary breakfast is just delicious and not be missed. If you are looking for a homely environment this is the place to be.

The staff at this hotel are excellent and very courteous and I would really like to commend them - all of them very so polite and helpful. They'll go out of their way to make it a pleasant stay. The AC works well, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is decent, the location is great and very safe. Bathroom is spacious I'd recommend the place.

Some of the furniture is chipping in paint/polish and could use some maintenance and upkeep for a classier look. One of my curtains had a rip in it. Very minor things that may not bother others - just suggestions for the hotel in general. Also, the doors lock from the inside, but I wasn't sure how to lock it from the outside. Otherwise great!
