Fantastic accommodation, plenty of floor and cupboard space, well appointed, excellent views and decent outdoor area. Beautiful setting, surrounded by picturesque countryside.

Parking spaces were limited. Disappointingly, no link across the short stretch of water from peninsula to town. Alternative is either a 30 minute walk or a short drive. Unless you’re doing the whole self catering holiday, the Waterside is a little short of facilities; no on site bar or restaurant, for example.

Nice suits area wise, loved views. It’s closer to most things in uclulet.

Staff available only 9-6 and that too I found them but cold about everything. Most of the things like crib, umbrella all gone for the day and not available when needed. Extra blanket in the closet was smelling of dust and was not usable. No lotion provided and on asking front desk again they were not able to find it. TVs do not have smart apps support in this time. Overall not worth spending close to $500 for a night

Really chill place with a gas fireplace which warmed up the home nicely. Location was overlooking a dock, and space was ample for 4 adults and a child. Coffee and tea provided. Our unit was the top floor so we had to walk up a flight of stairs. No big deal for all the able bodied. Everything smelt good, clean and white.

The swivellable sofas were located too near the fireplace and can heat up quite a bit. They also cannot swivel 365 Deg due to space constraints hence maybe just 1 swivel sofa would have been great.

The hotel is set well back from the main road but still within walking distance if you are so inclined. Setting was beautiful and restful. The unit was essentially a one bedroom apartment. Mine faced the marine and Ucluelet. Lots of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped. Large dining table next to the window. Comfortable leather sofa and chair. Deep tub in the bathroom plus shower. I would definitely return on another trip. There is a great day spa on site that is worth a visit too!

Not a big deal. They had recently painted the exterior with oil-based paint. With the sliding door to the balcony and soaker tub, you could smell the paint initially but decreased as time went on.

Our suite/studio was much bigger than expected! Very comfortable for a group of 3 adults + 1 kid. The location is ideal and we saw a lot of wildlife from our living room window! We saw bald eagles flying around, seal right under our window, and with our binoculars, we even saw black bears on the opposite shore looking for crabs at low tide. If your rental unit is facing Port Albion, keep your eyes open at low tide for black bears. It is far and barely noticeable with the naked eye, but if you have good binoculars you will be able to watch them. It was quite a treat!

Enviroment - the living room and bedroom have direct views of the beautiful inner bay; - Hotel in on a separate island, very quiet and can have a quality sleep at night; Facilities - Suit with full kitchen utensils, even including salt and pepper. - Sofa can be opened for a second double bed, very clean and convenient. - The balcony has an outdoor bathtub for a cozy hot bath, with sea view. Parking lot Ample parking, close to suit, convenient for luggage. Don't worry about late check - in and early check-out, the hotel has a very perfect and fast process.

The disadvantage is that there is no washer and dryer, if you stay for more than 3 days, you will be worry about that.

The suite was beautiful and the view of the marina was lovely. The beds and the pull out in the living room were very comfortable and the suite was nice and quiet. It was perfect for 5 adults and our dog was allowed which was a bonus. We were given enough coffee for the 5 of us for 2 days so that was also great. The property, was in close driving distance to the Wild Pacific Lighthouse trail (so beautiful and a must see), shops and groceries. There is a restaurant and a spa on site.

The description says that there is a view of the ocean and the marina which is a bit of a stretch as the ocean view is only from the deck in the large bedroom and there are no chairs out there to sit and enjoy that space. The ensuite shower had dirt at the end of it, the main bathroom has a floor board that is unsecured and pops up when stepped on. There is at least one other floor board that has a chip in it. There was road construction on the main road through town so some of the shops were closed because it was too dusty. The price was a bit high even for Ucluelet. We paid a lot less for similar accommodations in Victoria that was easy walking distance to wharf street and downtown.

We arrived late at the Waters Edge Shoreside Suites, but the accommodation had sent me an email giving me details of how to get our keys should we arrive when the reception has closed. This was very clear, and we were able to move into our suite with no problem. On walking into the suite, we were delighted by how light, airy, and spacious it was. There was a fully fitted kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a dishwasher. French doors gave access to a balcony that looked out onto the Cove. For anyone brave enough, an outdoor bath is available so you can bathe under the stars. A gas fire,operated on a timer, gave a wonderful cosy feeling and warmed up quickly. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with plenty of spare bedding should you need it. The bathroom had all toiletries needed with lovely soft towels. There were even bathrobes. The only problem we encountered - and it was entirely our fault - was realising that to turn the shower on, the valve that adjusted the temperature needed to be pulled out. This turned the water supply on. We were a bit dim and didn't realise we had to do this, so we informed the ladies on reception that the shower wasn't working. They were very patient with us and informed maintenance who came out and sorted it. Thanks ladies for being patient with two middle-aged dimwits!!

There was nothing that we could find fault with. It was all wonderful.

Comfortable and a well appointed apartment. The view was breathtaking over the water. Every hour of the day was different, from fog and mist, to the sun or moon glistening on the water. Loved watching the activity of boats, kayaks, fishing vessels and seaplane. Also, the cavorting sea lions were entertaining.

Beautiful setting. Wonderful staff. Lovely suite. Great place for a getaway and great home base for our west coast adventure

We had a mixup with our reservation and someone else was given our suite. The staff handled it well but we had to take a downgrade and didn’t end up staying in the suite we reserved. The only other problem we had was not being able to see the suite numbers in the dark. They were painted dark on dark and are nearly invisible at night.
