Great location, it is not the first time we visit it. The rooms are clean and have an excellent view.

Breakfast: there was no information/labeling regarding the products, ingredients, what they contain, when they were made/ when will expire, if it is pork, chicken, beef, fish. Last time we highlighted the situation, but nothing happened.

Hot water, nice room, nice bed, furniture was old & new, had a nice style. The view was beautiful. Food at restaurant very tasty. It had a cozy feeling, we relaxed for some days. It’s a huge hotel I would say, it has greatness. Also the rooms were heated and this was great because outside was cold.

A little too cold in the breakfast area, but it is understood, the space is big. Cards in rooms- we had to take some chances to open the room :D but it was fun. Also a little too small rooms but it is what it is. Balcony had some water on the floor that also freezed :D .

The food is good, and they play music in the evening so it's entertaining.

The t.v. took a long time to work. There was no blowdrier in the bathroom. When we checked out, they asked us if we consumed something from the minibar. We didn't but still she phoned to check...in front of us. That didn't happen anywhere else... also she was not very welcoming, so the hospitality part was lacking. Probably overworked employees.

This is your basic three star hotel. Nothing too fancy, nothing too shaby. Good for a weekend but nothing more. The location is great with good views all around and the food in the hotel restaurant is decent. You get your money's worth but not much more.

There were some things that were broken that should have been fixed, for instance the handrail of the stairs in the lobby or some of the bathroom fixtures. Small stuff that shouldn't be left in disrepair though. Parking space was also pretty limited although it was low season.

Very nice room with a view towards the mountain and the sledding slope. Room very hot ( maybe a bit to hot due to the fact that even when we moved the thermostat on 0 the radiator was still very hot), very good included breakfast and nice restaurant. It was our second year in the hotel, in the same time period and will definitely come back next year.

Car park not big enough for the size of hotel and we had to park our car every night on a very muddied parking space on the side of hotel because we used the car every day to go to 3 Brazi Lodge to enjoy some snow. Last night some very drunk guest managed to ruin our sleep as well as some people trying to to use the sledding slope next the hotel were throwing very noisy fireworks close to midnight to scare the wild bears ( yes, wild bears are in the area and even the hotel doors are closed at night and have a sign warning about them 😳🐻)

nice mid-range hotel, excellent value for money. the location and the view from the balcony is simply WOW. good breakfast it was a pleasure to stay here

not very good mattresses, narrow blanket. and it was unpleasant that I was given a room without a window, only a balcony door made of glass, narrow, and there was no window. I felt cheated, because the neighboring rooms were empty and had normal windows. this room is lateral, with a mansard roof.

The view from the room was sensational. A hotel that hasn't been upgraded in a while but the budget spent vs the conditions reflect this. The food and drinks served at breakfast is of the lowest quality.

Excellent location with an amazing panorama of the mountains -at least form 6th floor where we stayed and the room was clean. The hotel has it's own restaurant and a space outside for kids to play, which is great.

We had some weird issues with the door lock at first, as we couldn't get in. Check out was a bit awkward. Tip: Always keep an eye out for bears while there. Seriously.

Good value for money! The room is fine, very clean with comfy beds. The sheets and towels had a nice smell and were soft. What I really appreciated was that the room, bathroom and hotel itself are really clean and tidy. The location is good and the views are beautiful. The breakfast was very good, plenty and tasty. Also the coffee was long espresso and good. The lobby of the hotel is nice too and you can relax on the nice modern sofas. For those of you who have kids, there is a small playground outside the hotel and it is really useful. My kid loved it! I would definitely go back! It is not perfect, but for the cost you pay, it is more than enough for a relaxing escape.

A few things I would mention: - the room carpet was old and had stains on it; I am sure it will be replaced because it has alteady happened in many other rooms; I was just a bit unlucky :) - there is no hairdryer; - there are no chairs on the balcony.
