Loved the superb friendliness of the staff, ambience of the property, great size of room and its features. Nice that it was off of the main drag. Bed was super-comfy, heated bathroom floors... yum!. Decoration of room and quality of all features were very high quality! AWESOME coffee in the lobby! :). Free homemade cookies at front desk. Everything was well-considered for wheelchair (just a temporary thing for me, so extra appreciated). Some hotels say they are wheelchair-friendly, but it's usually just some modifications, or an afterthought on a regular room, and can still be a pain to get around or in the tub, etc.... this hotel considered everything during the design phase, and did an outstanding job - thank you!
Bathroom door didn't stay completely open well, so kept getting caught with the wheelchair. Shower curtain was maybe 2" too short, so water got out easily. Shower holder thing was weird, as it wouldn't hold the handheld shower thing straight (and it fell out a few times), and you had to brace it up with the tightening thing below it, so it wouldn't sit straight either. None of these were detriments, just some feedback! xx

So many amazing extra touches that showed excellent attention to detail that made it feel so homey. Everything was intentional from the way the towels were folded the way different supplies were laid out, the placement of the towels. I travel a lot in the year and have very high expectations for where my dollars are going. Everything was impeccable with a very high level of professionalism at the old house. I especially appreciated the sustainability rating that the hotel had, and the way they reduced as many single use consumables as possible.
Wifi and cell service spotty in my room (building 2 rm 317)

The rooms were spotless, the people who clean them do an amazing job! The river path behind the property was lovely and a great place to walk the dogs. We loved the easy (and free) parking outside the room, free wifi, the free fruit in the foyer, robes, pet-friendly (love the treats and towel pack for our pups on check-in) and the kids loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable.
Rooms felt quite dark, maybe some options for lighting to brighten it up. More choice on the complimentary drinks/snacks, having an option for breakfast would be great. A larger pool would be nice if there was the option to expand the on-site facilities.

The staff were exceptionally friendly & accommodating. The hotel offers complimentary coffee/tea & speciality coffee as well as fruit & cookies in the lobbies. The suite exceeded our expectations. It included all cleaning supplies, including those for laundry. The suite was spacious & well laid out. We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked great.

We loved the location and our room overlooked the gardens. There is a walking path near by and you can walk a few blocks to shops. The staff was super friendly and greeted us kindly. The apartment was spacious and even had a W&D which we needed after a few weeks of travel & camping. The bed was super comfortable! They have yummy cookies in the foyer area if you can get some before all the kids do! :)
There were a few kids running the hallways and riding their foot scooters inside (foyer area). They were a bit noisy and were using the elevator more for fun. It wasn't too disturbing as they quieted down by 9pm and we also knew they were on vacation.

It was central and easy to get around
The noise of the bridge at night was awful and when we took the luggage cart down after the late check out we were unable to return it. We had a late check out, so we called the front desk with the phone from the sister building and the staff told us to come get another key...not ideal when trying to head out

From the moment we checked in, the hotel staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine eagerness to assist with anything we needed. Their attentive and friendly service made us feel right at home. The hotel's attention to detail in maintaining the property was evident throughout our stay. From the pristine lobby to the well-kept gardens, it was clear that they take great pride in ensuring a top-notch guest experience. Our suite was nothing short of luxurious. The elegant design, coupled with the cozy fireplace, created a delightful ambiance that made us feel like we were indulging in a five-star retreat. The large balcony provided a picturesque view of the tranquil river, making it a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evenings. The pool area was a definite highlight of our stay. With its sparkling clean waters and comfortable loungers, it quickly became our go-to spot for relaxation. The poolside service was impeccable, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect day under the sun. Overall, this hotel was the crown jewel of our Canada trip this year. The combination of friendly staff, impeccable maintenance, stunning suite with a fireplace and balcony, and the superlative pool area left us with memories we will cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to return and experience this slice of paradise once again!
Nothing to complain about

To start, the location was pretty bang on, too bad it was raining a lot so we couldn't walk too much around the area. The staff was super nice from the start, check-in was very good, very polite and friendly staff which made it super easy. The room was big, comfy and very clean, with some coffee. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to use the pool or the bathtub, but we went to the spa, which was incredible. The restaurant, Local, is incredible, amazing food. We are definitely coming back.

The room was large and the beds comfortable. Facilities like fridge and coffee machine very welcome. Bathroom very nicely fitted. Room temperature was also easy to control. Hot tub was great and the reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I hadn't appreciated that there was no restaurant at the hotel. Not a huge issue but would have been good to have been able to purchase some breakfast goods in the hotel.

Room , bed was comfortable, staff amazing, I was not able to enjoy the pool, etc as I was out at the music festival every day.
For the price there should have been a morning snack like a muffin.....there was no breakfast option in the hotel....cookies were a nice touch in the afternoon. If the pool was open earlier I could have had a swim before heading off.
