We loved absolutely everything about our stay at Portia. The staff working at the hotel are some of the nicest people we have ever met, the most helpful, accommodating, and friendly staff I’ve ever come across. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and offers entertaining activities at a better price than most other places. The food was delicious and the variety on the menu offers options for people with different preferences. The hotel is right next to the most popular bikini beach on the island, and isn’t too far from the other one (about 5-10 mins walking) with plenty of cafes and stores around. Every concern, issue, or question we had was addressed and answered right away. If we ever go back to the Maldives, it will have to be the same hotel!

Dont take ful board, because the food is cheap and you pay much less if you pay for each meal. That is the only thing I didnt like.

Breakfast and dinner right by the water, perfect service, possibility of ordering special dishes, bikini beach right next to it, peace and quiet, what more could you want. Additional trips - no problem. Octopus for dinner - you're welcome. Different breakfasts every day for 5 days, the local cuisine is really tasty and, compared to other places on the island, really not expensive. The island itself is beautiful, peaceful, and the people are incredibly friendly.

From the very beginning, the staff made us feel at home. Everyone was extremely kind and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure we had the best stay. A special mention to Shanto, the staff lead, who helped us with every request — from organizing activities to arranging transport. And to Jahirul, who greeted us at every meal with a big smile and even a few kind words in Italian, making us feel truly cared for. Location – Perfectly situated on the north side of the island, just a 2-minute walk from the best bikini beach, with a beautiful sea view. Room – Spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony, fridge, TV, and a large shower. Food – Excellent quality and always delicious. We had two dinners at Portia: one with grilled fish and another with lobster. Both were fresh and perfectly prepared by Chef Jewel. Value for money – Absolutely the best on the island. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more. Our stay at Portia was truly memorable, and the warmth and dedication of the staff made all the difference. Highly recommended!

Really nothing to mention

Very helpful staff. Good contact. Tasty food. Free drinking water. Perfect view. Free snorkeling equipment. Please be aware that to the price on booking you should add taxes and if you paying by card in the hotel the 3.5% commission will be added. If possible take cash with you. All in all I totally recommend this accomodation.

Nice hotel on a premium spot. Clear turquoise water, white beaches and waving palms to be seen from your room (when you book that one). Personal and service is outstanding. And the hotel kitchen serves good food You can join breakfast in the morning along the seaside where mini sharks and stingrays are passing by. There is a small beach in front of the hotel with some sunbeds. And at Bibee beach the hotel provides you sunbeds and parasols. Also the hotel can facilitate in trips and can arrange the transfer from and too Dhiffushi

The hotel can improve on number of good sunbeds and also the wifi can improve. Tip! Ask fir the Crown beach villa wifi to ensure wifi also on the beach in front of the hotel

great staff, they do everything to make the guests feel good. Room cleaning was on request, of high quality, the manager always answered in WhatsApp, organized excursions and transfers for us. great view from the room with balconies. thanks to the staff, the trip turned out to be very comfortable and pleasant. thank you!

guys, please, you have to do something about the flies and the crows, it's unbearable. A little more light in the evening wouldn't hurt. for me the biggest problem was very poor breakfast, well, the lack of vegetables and fruits, but this shortcoming can be explained - for this on Srilanka

The staff was very nice and helpful! Sometimes breakfast wasn't so varied, would be good to have chicken or tuna pieces not just sandwiches, you had to take more to feel not hungry. But their lunches and dinners were really good, the menu is varied. The beach is not really good, Inconvenient dipping in the sea, many stones on the shore, we cut off the legs. It would be good to fill the sand entrance into the sea and make it more comfortable as on the beach next to this (I am not sure if that's public or bikini).

Absolutely everything. Staff extremely welcoming and, warm and nice. Both Shoan, who received us and was there for anything we needed. And Jawal, the chef, scrumptious breakfast and dinner!!! Amazing views both from our room balcony and the restaurant. They changed our beach towels and we could change our water bottle everyday. Good vibes, unforgettable dream. We'll come back for sure!! The staff was always kind and helpful, and especially attentive: we had a little emergency and they dropped us with their car to the local hospital/pharmacy. The food was amazing and the staff always satisfied our vegetarian requests, additionally we had the best breakfasts and dinners with feet in the sand and seaview. Big bottles of water, umbrellas and sunbeds were offered for free.
