We had a double suite. It was clean and spacious. Location has plenty around it, but we drove a litle further for an awesome Thai food place, as most close by were just chains. Breakfast was ok, but the star of it was the oatmeal.. it is AWESOME! Parking is good, always found a spot. Modern decor, friendly staff. We stayed in the area to be in between Everglades and Biscayne tours. Not much to do in Homestead, I'd stay closer to Miami if to do it all again. Hotel however, was pleasant enough.

Gym on site is pretty lame, thankfully a Planet Fitness is close by. The pool area is really low end. We didn't get our room made up every day, so that was a little dissapointing, but that is becoming the norm it seems. For almost 300 a night, I do like fresh towels. If they had more place to hang towels to dry, that would have helped. Traffic not surprisngly is really heavy.

I loved everything about the property. It was pleasure to stay at such an amazing place. The basketball court was a great add on, it kept my husband and bonus kids with something to do. Even had bbq grills for you to use. The stove in the room was also a great addition to the room. I didn’t have to spend so much money on take out food

The pool water was super cold. The kids didn’t like that the water was so cold

The staff is amazing! The food was awesomely filling! The bed was extremely comfortable. Grilling station is fully stocked and ideal for family. Gym was a great bonus. The rooms are clean and spacious. The in-room kitchen is completely stocked! Loved everything about our stay!

A party that booked the hotel unfurtunately made the game area unavailable, and the pool was a bit on the smaller side. All things that can be passive. We still enjoyed everything.

Perfect functional room with all the basics that are needed for a stay and a kitchenette. Pool was great to chill by around activities in the Everglades. Close by to food and key supplies. Friendly and helpful staff. Washed and dryer downstairs which were great and much needed.

Bizarrely (not sure if this is a new thing in the US) but no duvet covers just a sheet under the duvet and a throw cover over it. The smell of the scent being used in the reception area was synthetic and awful.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a nice stay. Stategic location to head to the key and enjoying south of Miami.

Breakfast ends too early (9:30am). If you are traveling for leisure, it would be nice to have 30 minutes more to enjoy a sleep-in. There was a rag in the room to absorb water from a leak (it was raining a lot those days) and the room smelled a little humid.

Room was clean and nice size. The half kitchen was great and allowed us to cook small meals. The location was right across the street from a publix. It was enjoyable and we would definitely stay again.

New and clean, nice room with everything you need to cook meals and a comfortable bed. Good value for money.

We asked for a baby crib when we reserved but even after a written confirmation there wasn't any available. Fortunately we bought one cheap at Walmart but it could be a big issue..

Nice and clean hotel. It was quiet at night and there are some food places close by. Everglades NP and air boat tours are not too far away. Front desk staff was super friendly!

There were no towels at the pool, we had to ask at the front desk for them. Sofa bed was very thin.

This location was perfect for our visit to the Everglades. The front desk gentleman was so helpful and recommended a great place for dinner. Breakfast was really good and the laundry facilities were just what we needed!

Easy access rooms are well equipped staff was courteous accommodating and friendly

Heat was really bad continue to blow cool air despite setting it at 80 degrees Breakfast is mediocre all pre-packed
