Location: The studio is situated right on the beach, which was incredibly convenient. Proximity to Amenities: There is a store directly across from the apartment entrance, making it easy to grab any necessities. Kitchen: The kitchen is quite spacious considering the size of the studio. It is very functional and well-equipped. Service: Haris, the contact person, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was always approachable and kind, and he replaced our towels promptly when we requested it.

•Wardrobe Space: The wardrobe is located within the kitchen area and is rather small, although it does come with plenty of hangers, which is a plus. Cleanliness: While the studio is generally clean, attention to detail could be better. Dust and water stains on the bathroom fixtures gave an impression of uncleanliness. Housekeeping: During our four-night stay, the studio was not cleaned, nor was the bed linen changed.

The apartment is perfectly located directly at the seaside. From the balcony you can see Thessaloniki. I could park my car directly in front of the house and as I had to phone 30 minutes in advance someone was waiting for me to arrive.

The fins of the ventilation shaft were broken. So as I stayed during a strong wind was outside it was extremely loud becauses the fins were thrashing. My solution was to by tape and so I cobbled it. The bed was a little bit uncomfortable to me. The room is very small so that you can't open both balcony doors together. The balcony was a little bit messy.

Everything was exceptional! I would especially like to emphasize the kindness of the host from our arrival until the moment we left the studio. You can expect quick and easy communication when booking, the host was available to provide all useful information regarding the place and the apartment. The accommodation corresponds to the description. The apartment is new and modernly equipped. Cleanliness at a high level, maids are present in the morning for everything you need. The location is ideally close to the airport and a larger city for a tourist tour, located in a quiet part of the suburbs of Thessaloniki. Near the apartment, 50 m away, you have a supermarket, a bus stop for city transport, a restaurant, a cafe which is equipped with deckchairs by the sea under the apartment. The view from the apartment is the highlight of everything, watching the sunrise with the first morning coffee is priceless! Highly recommended!

The beach is so close that we had the feeling that we could walk into the sea from the terrace.

There is no one in the accommodation to wait for you when you arrive, you have to call and find out where your room is. The accommodation itself is very small, two people have nowhere to eat. It could have had a mop, liquid soap, and a body wash.

We liked the hospitality of the staff, the colourfull cosy studio with sea view, the quiet ambiance. If you come to Greece visiting this area, we recommend this location. Thank you Harry for everything and also Miss Eleni.

We didn't like the windy rainy days because we had to stay inside but we visited in winter so the weather was not always friendly.

The owner is perfectly organised. The accommodation is perfectly clean and cosy. We were there at "out of season" period, and it was perfect value for the money.

There is not option for hot water on the tabs in the toilet and in the kitchen. In "off season" speriod there is a need of extra blankets.

The flat is at a wonderful location just 10 meters away from the sea! There is a bar just downstairs (don't worry it is not loud at all, you can enjoy the good background music). There is a shop across the street where you can buy stuff you need. The street in front of the building is a walking street full of restaurants taverns etc. The room is big enough and well equipped. We used kitchen amenities and prepared breakfast each day. The town is very small, there is not much to do. But it is just enough for a relaxing vacation! Harris is a great host, he helped us and let us in earlier, it was very well appreciated after a very early flight. I highly recommend Seaview Studios

The accomodation was amazing, just like in the pictures. The host Harris was very helpful and provided all the information that we required from him. The place is located very close to the beach, has a close by supermarket and many restaurants with amazing food. There is a bus station near by that connects with other buses for the city center and the airport. Choose this place if you would like to disconnect from the normal world. It is worth your time and it is perfect for couples.

Everything was just perfect

I had a lovely and peaceful 3-day stay at Aegean Sea Blueview. My room had a beautiful view of the sunset and was just steps away from the beach. Even though it was the cold spring season and not ideal for swimming, I absolutely loved being there for the view and serenity. A perfect spot to unwind.

The view is very nice, you can hear the sea from the bed. The owner is friendly and managed to meet customers' needs right away. Overall, the view, the openess of the owner, the location right on the beach managed to minimise everything else that could've been less comfortable. Definitely recommend the studios!

Cleaning the room means only changing towels and linen, but not cleaning the bathroom sink, toilet etc.
