Spacious accommodation and nicely furnished, the bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen utensils, everything you would need for self catering. Daily cleaning, bed making and clean towels every day was a nice surprise. Having upstairs and downstairs bathrooms was good. Views were fantastic and very quiet location, extremely tranquil and relating place All the staff were great

Would have liked a table on the balcony,, the villa we had did not get a lot of sunshine to sit outside during the day as mostly shaded. The upstairs shower leaked water into the floor, but the water pressure was very good 👍 Probably a few little repairs needed as end of summer, but nothing major or concerning

Beautiful place, very well equipped villa, calm&relaxing, large territory of resort with areas for kids, football/basketball playgrounds, large swimming pool in common area. Very nice and helpful staff. Thanks to comfort, cleanliness, beauty of the villa and adjacent area we spent perfect time there.

Just one big comment - private pool was dirty so we couldn’t use it. Reception informed us later than it’s still awaiting cleaning/some repair work. And few minor things: fantastically equipped kitchen had only one kitchen towel and no oven/grill mitts. You should close the doors very carefully because of the wind (kids&animals are at risk of being hit by the door). Stylish railings don’t have glass, it matters if you have toddlers. And ladies who use hair conditioner should take it with them because there’s no one.

We booked one night here on the way to Porto and did not expect too much. We ended up booking two extra nights, so I guess the hotel was above expectations. It was a rather spacious two-floor, two-bedroom villa, with enough place for everything, including work. There were two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious kitchen/living room. On top of that, there were no less than 4 A/C units (which, in, winter, work for heating). The view on the golf field was lovely, everything was quiet, and the fireplace was nice.

There were slight issues with various electronics. The WiFi basically did not work downstairs. Some of A/C might benefit from an upgrade, and some power outlets did not work.

The house itself and setting

When arriving we were asked to decide on a time slot for breakfast despite the fact that then the room was nearly empty… it felt like a routine question that was not customer centric. Staff friendliness and readiness to help has room for improvement

The resort has several vacant lots and suffers on average from a too modern design that degrades with the harsh humid local. weather. In the specific house we stayed in some appliances didn't work correctly and part of the outside garden looked abandoned. Also the price might be to high for what's provided

Excellent resort. Villa was very good value for money. Reception staff and security guards were courteous. Very well equipped in excellent location. Even though it is self catering, you can choose to have breakfast or dinner at the restaurant.

Breakfast slightly overpriced. Bathroom in villa could do with an update.

There were big tables in all houses, a lot kitchenware and equipment, hot water as a big plus.

We rented different size houses and all of them scattered throughout the complex at a great distance, it’s inconvenient. The houses do not have much space, have rather strange layouts and are quite cold in winter.

The space. The environment was amazing. Very peaceful

The cover on the front terrace was not working No table and chairs furniture outdoor.

The view from our balcony, the peace and quiet, being right by an amazing golf course, the beautiful villa - we absolutely loved Bom Successo, it was a great place to be based.

Would be great to have a shop on site, the nearest supermarket is at least 15 mins drive away

The dishwasher was leaking and could not be used…outside of that the property was very good
