Mattress is good. Firm yet plush. I am able to sleep in the bed for a change. Have to sleep on floors usually due to medical condition (spine injury). Minimalist but classy decors. Kiblat direction sticker. Iron & ironing board in the common area on each floor. Wood panel flooring. Very good. Provides good grip and insulates the feet from cold shock (experienced when getting out of bed after long sleep).

Some fixtures in bathroom are damaged, yet not fixed TV can only select TV3 channel. No shoe rack. A simple three tiered rack would be sufficient.

Strategic location. Even though it is just a corner shoplot, given by the location, it provides many parking lots, even a bus park there. There is a Thai restaurant and grocery store nearby, just a walking distance away. I came with a large group yet the check-ins procedures were very smooth and fast.

Perhaps the pillow may be upgraded. Some of us complained the smelly pillow

I inform the staff that I check out 12.30 , she said okay which is she supposedly tell me that 12.30 the room will be automatically blackout, when I call her she asked me to go down and revive the card... My room currently black out and at that time I was packing my stuff. Should you inform it earlier??!! The staff should remind me or asked me for my card when I requested to check out late... Feel like I was urgently asked to check out, not polite at at all

Simple family room but very comfortable. Strong WiFi. Although only 1 floor up but this hotel have an elevator. Cold aircond. Hot & cold water & iron & iron board are outside but nearby. I will stay here again.

Should provide a thicker blanket coz aircond is cold.

As a budget hotel, it's meet our expectation. The family room is big, comfortable for 4 of us. We like the water pressure, we enjoy our stays here.

The only drawback were the pillows too soft & the mattress was not really a mattress but a thin comforter without cover. But considering a budget hotel, cannot complaints much. You're doing good, hope will be better in times to come...

Have friendly staff, room and toilet is clean. It is comfortable and convenient for elderly since they got lif. I always stay here when I go back to Kedah

The mattress is a bit hard and i think it is time to change. Also the pillow is too thin. Suggest to have a better mattress and pillow, it will be superb.

there is a room in the lobby, easy for the disabled. Near to the city and easy to find food

I like how comfortable the room is and the location is strategic, easy to go to any destination around it. Have parking lot in front of the hotel. The toilet is clean and smells good. The room is good enough.

Got cockroach in the room. Bed is not confirtable, going down. DB Box is very noisy, cant sleep well. In the bathroom got spider web. No windows. Not happy at all.

Very near to the city centre and surrounded with shops and convenience store High water pressure and have an elevator
