In excellent shape. Nice decor. Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable.

The view from my room was of industrial buildings, very unattractive. While I understand that there is nothing they can do about what is next door, they have many rooms on the other side that have a beautiful lake view. I was there on a weekday, in the off-season, when the hotel was basically empty. It would have cost them nothing to give me a room with a lake view. Not a big deal, but it would have been a thoughtful thing to do.

Exceptional location overlooking Keuka Lake. Walking distance to off-site eating, and an included breakfast with both hot and cold selection. Staff went over and above. Downtown Penn Yan is charming. Be sure to visit Long's Books and the Keuka Candy Emporium- both are sensory overloads! The Birkett Mills store is worth visiting for their Buckwheat pancake mix made in the massive mill complex that anchors the south end of Main St.

Very minor repair needed to a tippy window sill, and the bathroom sink drain had a funky odor.

We had a gorgeous lake view from our room. The hotel is steps from the lake. Everything was super clean and the room has the most comfortable beds and soft sheets. The breakfast is great, something for everyone, although not my type of food. There's an amazing Mexican restaurant nearby—you *have* to try it! The food is incredibly delicious. We would stay again in this lovely property.

Loved the restaurant and bar in the hotel. Food and drinks were definitely 5 star.. Wonderful bartender friendly and gave great advice on the food. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and never disappointed!! The suite was wonderful! King bed VERY COMFORTABLE!! The TV with my name displayed on the monitor coming in made a nice touch. We had a room on the 1st floor, did not have any issues with noise. Staff very friendly!! The lake is always pretty! Just too cold for us to stroll by this time. Maybe this summer!! We will definitely stay again!!!

Absolutely nothing!!

The house keeper didn’t make the beds well or vacuum the floors when needed. There was lots of salt for the ice outdoors and so it tracked in. No worries but I love staying in a clean room. But nothing serious and it was really nice there

From the time I checked in til 5 days later I checked out, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was asked several times if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again

Wasn't much at breakfast i could eat since I have a severe dairy allergy. So more Dairy free options at breakfast. My husband, who can eat anything, said the food was really good

Our rooms were fresh and clean smelling, good temp. Our name on the tv upon entering room was such a nice touch. The guy that checked us in was gracious and friendly. Excellent, fresh breakfast, good biscuits and sausage gravy which my husband loved. I enjoyed the fresh berries and cream on the make your own waffles. Nice that they had two batter flavor options. The oatmeal and the fresh potatoe home fries were also good. Clean eating area a plus!

Breakfast selection was ok, bit the use of tiny plastic trays and bowl was horrendous !! Not good for the environment and very cheap and nasty. Cleanliness at breakfast was also lacking in attention. When I went down to breakfast on our second day, there was still rubbish on the floor from the previous day

Breakfast was nice. I had a good selection of proteins and juices.

I could not close the curtains all the way to block out the light.

Friendly staff, very clean, it even smelled clean. The rooms were nice, the free breakfast was good. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was very good but not cheap.The location was near the Kuka outlet trail, and close to to the main street which had some shops and restaurants. It was also close to some wineries and we visited 3 antique places within a half hour drive.
