I received a single room. Overall it was good and cozy. with sofa, window in the room and another one in the toilet. Breakfast was delicious. Fried cryspy becon was tasty. Dinner was served in the hotel I enjoyed it too. Cream soup, white wine were nice. The location was green, close to city center, train station, waterfall. the ladscape from the breackfast room was the snowcovered heights of the mountains and a lot of greenery.

I received a room without balcony and kettle. Not cleaned enough. My tovel was visually not fresh but it was not changed becouse it was not on the floor...

First of all, I would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so awesome. Ladies at the reception and even the restaurant staff were super nice and helpful, and we felt very welcome. The hotel is in a quiet location and has its own parking place just next to the building. Our room was spacious and clean, and having a balcony was great too (also big). Bathroom looked recently renovated, with spacious shower enclosure and lots of storage for all the cosmetics one brings with. Plus big mirror and very good lightning of both the bathroom and the room. Breakfast was exceptional with lots to choose from. We only stayed for two nights and went to the hotel restaurant only once for dinner, but even based on this one experience I can say the food is great.

The additional sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on.

I really really loved the view. I had a room at the top (artic) floor with balcony. I could see the forest and the mountains, the view was just exceptional! The location is a bit far from centre, what I mean that is around 17min walk from the main train station. From one side it is not that far, but from the other side when you have a suitcase and the street is full of paving stones and the road goes up and down, than the walk is not that pleasant.

No kettle, had to bring my own. Also would have liked to have more towels. Available was one small for feet, one small for hands and one medium for body. I would love to have one small for feet, one small for hands, one medium/large for hair and one large for body.

Nice hotel, where we had a one bedroom apartment. The room and the bathroom were perfectly clean, our bed was very convenient. Our kids slept in the living room on the sofa, it was also appropriate. But the best part was the breakfast with a rich selection. Everything was fresh, delicious and local. Staff was also very kind at the reception and in the restaurant. We received chocolate for Eastern as a gift, so our daughters were very happy! :) Surrounding was very calm and beautiful within 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city center, where there are nice shops and restaurants. Parking is free at the hotel parking.

However the description was clear, we realized only there that there was no fridge in the room and we arrived from an apartment, so we had lot of things requiring cooling. Then a lady at the reception solved our problem and put all our foods into their own fridge. Thank you for that!!! There is not enough wardrobe and packing space for 4 people.

Lovely, chalet-type hotel about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Fuessen. Nice quiet room with no minibar, aircon or fan, so perfectly silent. Good breakfast. Private parking nearby.

I was given a room on the first floor, above the kitchen / restaurant, so it was a bit noisy from 7 am onwards, but I had earplugs and managed to get back to sleep.

Nice location within easy 10 min walk to the Altstadt Nicely appointed rooms. I thought I’d booked a Ferienwohnung but these are def hotel rooms - no kitchen facilities Large car park Close to castles of Hohenshwangau and Neuschwanstein Didn’t eat in restaurant, but it looked v pleasant

I’d have appreciated a few more amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities and an iron. We had a family apartment but only 2 glasses for a drink of water and half way through the stay a member of staff removed the 4th chair from the balcony which we had been using for additional space Firm beds but sofa bed fairly comfortable for kids. Lovely sauna facilities but we used them on a Sunday which wasn’t staffed, so missed out on some of the more interesting light rooms/ steam bath

We were not fully informed of the hotel facilities. Therefore, we ventured out to find a restaurant, not realising until the following morning that there was a restaurant and bar within the hotel!

This hotel was great. I arrived after hours, and they left my keys with detailed instructions in the key box. The location was great. There were beautiful views at night and very close to Neuschwanstein Castle. The room size was great for a bigger family.

One of the bathrooms was a little tight.

A great hotel in beautiful setting. We were there over Christmas and joined in the traditional party hosted by the family who own/run the hotel, which was absolutely lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and the food was excellent. The double room was a good size and very comfortable.

A nice leisurely walk from the town, lovely clean rooms with a great balcony. Super breakfast and friendly staff. Nice outdoor area to have a drink. My motorcycle was parked safely.

No tea or coffee, even a bottle of water would have been nice.
