The place is very quiet and there is no much noise and the hotel is clean and the staff is also very good🥰

Nice and clean, good value for money.

Hotel room was not very clean. Bed was ok. Sheets were “improvised” and pillows were not good at all. There was a leak under the faucet that when running had the whole floor wet. Was there during the messe fair, which could justify why the prices were so high, but definitely not worth the price paid.

The parking is not free

Location was fine. We didn't take breakfast.

The hotel location was fine but we didn't use the breakfast facility . We were extremely disappointed in the accommodation that we were sent to around 250mts from the hotel which was like a Hostel. Although the rooms were clean there was no comfort in the beds and no lounge to relax in with our friends. When we returned to our accommodation we had to go to our rooms. Therer was no swimming pool etc and the cost was extortionate for what we received. 1220.40 euros for 2 rooms for 2 nights is outragious.

Very comfortable mattress, otherwise this hotel has little to recommend it.

Strange room layout with a permanent musty, unaired smell. There were no check in staff and you had to go another 300m to another hotel to check in. No effort to inform of us of this in advance was given, even though it has probably been this way since Covid times, merely a note on the entrance door. Poor, even by German standards.

Area was good.

Hotel did not help at all. The staff did not want to listen to my issue that could have been resolved. Also my suitcase got lost and they delivered it a day later to reception. The reception desk did not inform me that my suitcase was here eventhough I had important possessions in there. I went to ask them a day later and they said the suitcase was delivered a day earlier
