Kudos to Christian, the young man at reception who checked us in. Friendly, cheerful and helpful yet professional. Keep up the good job, Christian. The room was spacious and very clean. It is not far from the Barajas Airport making it convenient for guests who are flying in from overseas. It’s also a short distance to the Chamartin train station and convenient for guests who are taking the train from Madrid to go to other cities in Spain.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel room in particular was the intense scent of the air freshener. I am asthmatic and allergic to several things including too much perfume, air fresheners, and the like. I hope housekeeping management takes into consideration that not all guests can tolerate very strong scents.

“I didn’t like it – the sound insulation is terrible, I could clearly hear the neighbor’s alarm clock. Also, there were no wine glasses or bottle opener in the room, and when I asked at reception, they told me to bring the wine first… Sorry, but what are the 4 stars for? The elevator? On top of that, my son left a gift in the room that he bought for his friend, and supposedly it was never found… Really disappointing. I’d suggest reconsidering the staff.”

The location was practical and walking distance from offices around and not far from the airport. The room although quite small was very clean and fairly confortable. The buffet for the breakfast was good.

The hotel rate is a bit expensive. Difficult to get to downtown with public tranportation. Part of the neighbourhood is unbuilt areas.. A bit challenging for a woman walking alone in the evening.

The breakfast was very good indeed. Good variation. I liked the quality of the yogurt since I love yogurt. There were fresh blueberries. Everything was clean and very nice. Was pleasantly surprised. The staff was lovely indeed. Very polite and pleasant.

it is far from downtown. But I knew that. Not too far to take the metro to downtown at the Tablas station. I found the mattress a bit hard.

I liked the hotel because of its proximity to the place I was visiting, the kindness of the reception staff, and the peaceful atmosphere of the location

Great hotel, great staff, very friendly. The room was great size and I had everything I needed. The only thing is the location, its about 20 minutes outside the center of Madrid so you will need a car to get to central Madrid.

The location, about 20 minutes drive from Gran Via. Once I'm at Gran Via, everything is walking distance.

Bed was great, clean and pleasant. Too cold in the restaurant, central air-condition, we needed to order food and go to eat in our room. Otherwise was very nice.

It is a good alternative when you don’t want to stay in the city. 15 min from the airport. Breakfast if not included costs 13€. The area is a residential neighborhood with supermarket and restaurants. Park near by for a 5k hike. Las Tablas metro station for public transport.

Spacious, renovated room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and friendly, English-speaking staff. Good breakfast. Bus stop across the street. Close to the Airport.

Located off a main motorway. About a 15-minute walk to the local metro station and shops and restaurants. The room did not have mugs or tea to use with the kettle, although was able to pick these up from the restaurant downstairs.

Clean, spacious room with a variety of hotel amenities, good quality bed & linen and staff that is always willing to help. The breakfast is excellent!

Quite far from the city centre about an hour from the main sightseeings. Metro station in 15 minute walk.
