Room appeared clean, updated within the past year with fresh paint etc according to the the front desk clerk

Arrived at 6p, checked in and attempted to go to room, was met by cleaning staff who said room was currently being cleaned and wouldn't be ready for 15 minutes, went back to the front to relay this and black female staff said "oh 15 minutes that's not bad" when the checkin time means rooms should have been ready 3 hours ago. Then she acted like I did not have the right to be annoyed by this and was rude/only spoke to my husband when I was the one who had booked the room/reservation was under my name.

The outside seemed weird at first but they are remodeling the top floor rooms. The bottom floor is done and they are pretty big as well as the restrooms. There is a microwave, a mini fridge, usb and usbc-type chargers, a nice cool air conditioner and a clean shower I could appreciate. The front desk staff we met was welcoming and friendly which is nice when you're tired coming off the interstate. I'd definitely come back. Thank you Red Roof Inn! It's Louisiana, so there's gonna be bugs all over, but we just had to kill a few flies and we were just fine.

Mattress is a little springy, but it did the job!

The property is neatly kept and has just gotten renovations done a year ago. I checked Mynishia was extremely nice even called into the room to make sure everything was satisfactory. Clean rooms, comfortable bed and well lit parking. I ended up booking another night through her husband which was also very nice and accommodating as well. Do not pass by this hotel!! Can’t believe how nice it truly is ..I will be staying every time I’m on call. Don’t let the name fool you..you will be pleasantly surprised.

You have to get a Superior King in order to have a fridge and microwave

Second hotel on this trip that was under renovation and again we were pleasanty surprised. Room was clean, comfy and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. If not for renovation would rate excellent. When done that would be my rating. Another hidden gem. When traveling we always look for comfort, cleanliness and ease of access. We got that.

Can't complain.

Very clean affordable property. I always enjoy staying here. The no price is always right.

Water pressure in shower is low. I talked to the manager about this before leaving. Very nice gentleman. Other than that, my stay was awesome.

All new. Good price. Hotel was great. No issues at all.

One thing....Could not adjust a.c. temp to my liking. On the other hand...We ordered food for delivery from Pedro's [over $50]. Resurant assured me it had been picked up [I thought his place was doing delivery] by some delivery service called ASAP. We never got our food. Pedro's was quick to let me know, "Once it leaves here, I am not responsible!". It was after 10pm by then just went to bed.....hungry .I'd caution other guests.

Oh my gosh, the staff is amazing. The beds are so comfy. The room was clean, fresh, and well decorated. No carpet which is great since they allow dogs. 1 per room. I highly recommend this hotel at this location. Hot water and comfortable tub shower combo.

The stopper to the tub didn't work but no biggie, the service made up for it.

The room was clean and a nice size. It also has a refrigerator and microwave in it. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower instead of just a shower.

Check-in was quick and easy. I arrived at 5 am and was tired from a long drive from Texas. The front desk was polite and accommodating. I will stay here again. I didn't realize pets stayed free so that was an awesome perk!!

Nothing, everything was exceptional. The room was clean, tidy, and they already had the a/c on for my arrival. I was very pleased with my stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean when I arrived. The staff didn't clean the rooms unless I requested. Mr Patel was very nice and helpful. I stayed for 13 days. Its a very nice hotel. My stay was good....

I had to request to have my room clean. And one day it had not been clean when the worker's came by early and I said, I needs my room clean she left didn't return.
