We landed in Split airport and it took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel. Because it was nighttime, it took us through narrow roads to reach it. At night the hotel looks like as if it's located in quite a quiet area. First we had been offered a room on the ground floor and I usually don't like ground floors. So I asked the young girl at the reception to change it so she offered us a third floor room with a nicer view to the sea and the garden. The room is very nice, big, clean and comfortable. It has air-conditioning and fridge. We wake up in the morning to see the beautiful beach and sea full of swimming and children. I loved the location. It's active and restaurants and shops nearby. And the beach was really nice. The water is amazing and has some inflatable climbing frame. Yes it a public beach but it's well looked after it and it's just at the door of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but nice. I enjoyed staying there. Split hotels are very expensive, so we choose this one as its price is reasonable and has car park spaces either inside or the road just outside the hotel.

This hotel has a good relation price/quality considering its right in front of the beach - you literally step out directly on a small, but nice beach with generous natural shadows provided by trees. Next to hotel tou have a very nice bar and restaurant with excelent price and really nice atmosphera. We spent a very great time there! Room has good bed, working air conditioning, frigobar and enough furniture. Breakfast has a reasonable variety, and include hot food (sausages, eggs) but don't expect something stunning. Balcony has a nice view directly to beach, although I think it would be nicer with a less big wall and better exterior furniture. Staff was very kind and even prepared us a sandwich the day we misses breakfast (cause we had a tour starting ate 7am) It has a private parking place

I would just recommend airdryer and some platform to put stuff like shampoo inside shower. Also on 3rd floor is very hot outside rooms, due a strong greenhouse effect caused by glazed roof.

Great location right at the beach. The food in the restaurant was very fresh and good. Reasonable prices. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Free parking.

The facility is somewhat outdated. At breakfast some deli was not fresh, some rotten fruits. There were many smokers in the restaurant and the table manager was not happy with our request to give us a table far from smoking people.

The hotel is located on the 1st line, like 50 meters from the beach. There's a restaurant that provides breakfasts, which I liked. The personnel is friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is situated at ground level, directly adjacent to the hotel. In the evenings, my room - which was positioned right above it - was filled with a variety of aromas and noises drifting up from below.

This was all nice enough Very near a small but crowded beach (it is July!) nice local bars and places to eat. A little off the beaten track but a bus to central split an easy 5/7 min walk .

The village lacked a little soul like the suburbs of a city its purpose now just tourism . It lacked the magical charm that some other places I’ve visited in Croatia have. I think it would be great for a family as there was a water park on the beach

The location is very beautiful and my child enjoyed the play area. The Hotel includes breakfast dinner which is a good option.

The balcony was full of smoke smell which was a bit uncomfortable for us to enjoy the evening and it would have been ventilated well or some pleasant room perfume can help.

Lovely location and architecture a bit different with the big open atrium through the middle of the building. Simple but tasty breakfast. The beach directly outside was pleasant with a pretty view of Split and the islands. It wasn't far from the airport so we used it as a stop on the way to Brac after a late flight.

Aircon in room was competent but not great. Bathroom very small but manageable.

Cleaning lady stepped into the room at 9.30, when we were naked - bathroom window next to door was open, so it was impossible to miss the sound of having shower. After cleaning the room, used towels were removed vut no new left for us. One morning we saw cleaning ladies knocking on the doors at 7.30!

An old hotel, with a great location near a very good restaurant for a reasonable price.

The access to the hotel is a bit complicated thru the small roads. Google maps is driving you to the restaurant on the other side of the hotel.

Excellent location, almost on the beach itself. The rooms are clean. For the price paid, you get more than expected. The staff is very friendly. Best recommendations.
