Property was exactly as described with a lot of charm. The owners put a lot of effort into making the property very comfortable, clean, and to give it a feeling of home. The owners also make breakfast each day for the guest and it’s delicious with some of the ingredients coming from local farms. The homemade Madeline’s were amazing! The location is very close to the golf course and the beach, and has excellent views of the ocean.

Hosts are very friendly, our room was really nice, we liked the sea view despite of bad weather :) Soundproof room, so you don't hear any noise from the street. Breakfast was excellent. They also have a small fridge for guests, a microwave and you can use the dining room all the time. I really felt like at home those 3 days.

As the room is soundproof from outside, it isn't from inside. You can hear neighbours in a hallway. But if you get up for breakfast with everyone else, it isn't a big issue.

Great location just outside of Granville and perfect for our way back to the ferry. Our hosts were supper friendly and made us so welcome and gave some wonderful restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was incredible with so much homemade produce. Fabulous place to stay.

Nothing at all it was great.

The breakfast with homemade eggs was exceptional. I'm still thinking about it afterwards... My spouse and me, we never slept so good in our entire lives. I think we slept around 11 hours straight. The view over the sea was amazing. Germain and Martine are livin' the life.

I think I never felt so welcome. I was so overwhelmed and happy that I feel like I didn't enjoyed enough. What I didn't like ? I didn't like myself for nothing staying longer. Next time, I'm coming for a whole week.

We loved everything! The bed was so comfortable, the shower was amazing, the decor was so refreshing & excellently considered. The breakfast was superb - fresh eggs from the chickens out back, fresh blackberries from their garden, home made pastries & cakes to die for, homemade yogurt, and delicious homemade preserves too. It was all so lovely! Our kids really enjoyed meeting the owner’s family members and in particular they loved getting to know Mimi, the family’s magic feline friend. The owners are so lovely. You can see they put heart in this accommodation. They welcomed us personally and made sure we felt like at home. The room is very nice, nice size bathroom, amenities provided. Breakfast was great, all made in the hotel. Sunset views are breathtaking. A car to get here is a must, there is no restaurant or supermarket in short walking distance.

There were no hangers or wardrobe in the room, only chest of drawers. Wifi was wobbly at times, I had to create a hotspot on my phone to be able to work. And last comment - we have heard everything that was happening on the hallway, it wasn´t pleasant.

Very elegant and comfortable! The proprietors were very welcoming and helpful, sharing their excellent local knowledge to help us get the best out of our stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with local and home-made produce.

The hot water to the shower took over 3 minutes before it arrived (we were in the Barfleur room at the end of the corridor).

Great welcome from the owners. Room very tastefully decorated with a balcony. Breakfast superb ,attention to detail and nice touches made this place a rare find. Location overlooking the sea was terrific. We left after a long goodbye with the owners who couldn't have done more to make our stay perfect.

Definitely, this has one of the best places I have stayed at. I love what Martin and Germain have done to the old hotel they have bought. The mixture of old things like floor tiles and pieces of wallpaper, antique furniture, upcycled pieces, and modern stuff is very nice and comes across authentic. The view down to the Channel/ocean is great as well. We have enjoyed very much the delicious breakfast Martin has freshly prepared for us. This B&B can truely be a home for your vacation in La Manche.
