Very friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool and sunbathing area, good air con! Good parking option. Helpful to have shops, cafés and a restaurant just next door.

The walk uphill to get back to the hotel from the town was rather steep and long....would have preferred a more central location. The (double) bedroom was lovely but rather small. No table tennis balls when we arrived but they did buy & supply them when asked. There was rubbish and clutter in the games area and all the containers of pool chemicals... attention to detail was lacking. But nevertheless a lovely stay, in the beautiful Cassis ❤️

The rooms were simple and comfortable. Clean and tidy. A safe for valuables and ample space in the wardrobe. Lovely swimming pool and surrounding area and a hammock in the garden. It was a nice tranquil spot.

The room felt tired from a decor perspective. Wardrobe doors just hanging but not really fitting. Creaking door handle to the bathroom and a sticking door was a disturbance during the night. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge - these would have been very useful. Generally the property could have done with a sweep more regularly and the public bins emptied on a more regular basis. Other 3 star places in Cassis provide towels for the pool - would be good to do so. Nowhere to hang wet swimming gear and towels except over the balcony rail which is rusted. It has left marks in one of our towels that won’t come out. You could provide a line (and paint the metal work). Having said all of this, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Staff were outstanding. It's a three star hotel, so expectations regarding facilities should set accordingly. There were plenty of sunbeds, adequate parking and an excellent bakery (with coffee etc) a few metres away. It is at the top of the hill, but we managed it daily, so just be prepared. The railway station is also within reasonable walking distance. Did I mention that the staff were outstanding?

Yes, the pool is deep and no, there are no tea/coffee facilities or fridge in the rooms, but we knew this before we arrived, so can't really complain.

The welcome by reception was very good. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast buffet was good quality and varied, including boiled eggs if needed. We didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. Car parking was a real benefit. The staff were very friendly and at least one person spoke good English.

The price was on the high side with extra for breakfast. Our night in Aups the previous week was about half price for similar quality. Be aware that the hotel is away from the centre and port area about 20 minutes walk up a steep hill. Parking nearer the town was available but at times it was either very or completely full. Cassis is a beautiful spot with a lovely market, port area, range of restaurants etc but it's very popular and can get busy.

Beautiful setting , excellent staff and extremely comfortable beds.

Would have liked to be able to sit at the main bar outside late in the evening and have drinks from the bar. They are available for your room but we visited with family and friends and we would have liked to sit at the pool terrace and have drinks.

The place is very cozy, the outdoor space gardens and pool is a really nice place to chill and enjoy the good weather. The room was clean, and overall it was quiet. Parking is a plus, cz it's very complicated to park in Cassis. Staff overall nice.

A 10 to 15 min walk to city center slightly uphill, for people who find it difficult to walk. One of the staff at the reception could have been more welcoming, and they should probably give away towels to use by the pool

The property is a lovely setting for relaxation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us as the walk down to the waterfront was leisurely and the climb back to the hotel helped burn off our dinner. The climb wasn't intimidating at all. The free onsite parking was greatly appreciated and felt secure. This property is very well situated for access to and from Cassis without having to navigate the old town streets and congestion.

Great hotel with a beautiful pool surrounded by a lovely patio. Our family room had two bedrooms, each with their own mini-split and a door to separate. We walked to and from Cassis center which was a little long, but better than fighting for parking and a nice walk to get some steps in. It took about 15-20 minutes for our able-bodied family. Great bakery within walking distance just up the road.

the location - although a good 15 minute walk in to town - nice views of sea and cap canaille on way down. and after having a heavy meal in town - the walk back up although taxing was definitely required to burn a few calories. The area around the pool is lovely - and definitely seem to be enough sunbeds for everyone. Our rooms were good. Nearly all staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice bakery and pizza place up the road and shop/petrol station across the road - very nice staff there too.

the swimming pool! I love to go in the pool but cant swim - never a problem before but was here because of the depth of the pool - there is no shallow end. No markings anywhere to indicate depth - which I think is a health and safety issue. Didn't have breakfast but food at bar was average really. Also expensive for accommodation but it is time of year and no where is cheap these days.

Staff were lovely. Rooms cleaned daily and smelled lovely. Great pool. A bit of a walk to the town but when it’s hot it’s easy enough to also catch the bus for one euro to most areas including the national park. Cassis is a magic place . There is also a great bollangerie and pizza place next door ! I would stay here again!
