I don’t even know where to begin with this absolutely wonderful B&B!! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Fiona, who made us a lovely hot drink and gave us some homemade flapjacks, which were amazing!! Our bedroom was exceptionally clean and the bed was like sleeping on a marshmallow as it was so comfortable, we both slept very soundly each night we were there. Breakfast was superb!! (I highly recommend the smoothies) everything was sourced locally, most of which Fiona, John and the people who work there, grow themselves, and you could really tell from the quality. Everything you needed was catered for, including toothpaste and toiletries if you had forgotten to pack them. We got to feed the orphaned lambs, as well as cuddle a baby piglet and the baby Manx kittens too!! Fiona, John and their team are absolutely wonderful people, and their ethos for sustainable farming is to be praised and celebrated. At breakfast, we sat at a circular table, where we got to meet and chat with our fellow guests, one lady from Arizona (USA) another lady from Dublin, who used to live on the island, a lovely couple from Lancashire, and a couple from Adelaide in Australia. We can’t praise this wonderful gem of a place enough, and can’t wait to return again. Thank you Fiona, John and your team for making our trip so wonderful.

We couldn’t stay longer

One word - Fab-u-lous! We couldn't fault it. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful, comfortable rooms and loads of unexpected extras like nuts, cheese and biscuits, flapjacks, port and sherry. The breakfast was fantastic. There was everything you could wish for, mostly home produced, all cooked to order. For us the location wasn't a problem as it was so beautiful and scenic and taxis into town are readily available if you don't want to drive in. Just a shame there isn't a pub within walking distance of the farm.

The Breakfast was really lovely, fantastic options, generous portions. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable about not only the farm but the area, island and its history (there are alot of interesting things they will tell ya) over all its a lovely place ran by some lovely hard working people and i have to say i wanted to sell up and move there lol.

Literally the only flaw was i got a soft mattress but given im a large person and bad back it was difficult to sleep but im sue they would try and accommodate that had i actually asked them so hardly counts..

the location was central to the island once you had got there from the airport. it made an easy return for the evening and breakfast in between exploring the island. breakfasts were extensive with a wide selection which catered for most tastes.

as we were elderly we found the climbing into/out of the shower/bath difficult as well as slippery. perhaps a foot stool to help with the step in and out and a waterproof rubber mat to combat the slipperiness of the bath interior.

Peaceful setting. Made to feel welcome and meet other guests as breakfast was served around a large table. Had an opportunity to feed the farm animals with farmer John which was informative and fun. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and large walk in shower. We were in Bluebell. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choice. A well run B&B which I would definitely return to. Also lovely walks on signposted paths from the farm especially watching the sunset from the top of the hill. Fabulous hosts.

The hosts and the accommodation was outstanding - In a great location in the countryside with plenty of walks and the farm animals for entertainment.

Only a minor gripe would be the condition of the access lane (A few potholes need to be repaired)

Ideal location for access to plenty of interesting towns and countryside. Farm has all the facilities you could need including electric car hook up. Room was tidy and clean with great shower, comfortable bed, coffee, tea and little extras. Breakfast was more than sufficient and all local produce. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming and there was lots of interesting information about the farm and things to do nearby. Plenty of free parking around the large clean farmyard and immediate access to the country coastal walk.

The farm access road is a little narrow with a few potholes but not a big problem.

Great location, peaceful .Excellent facility’s, clean and tidy, nice little touch’s here and there. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would like to say thank you very much for the sausage sandwich’s on the day of our very early departure as we were going to miss breakfast.

Everything about this place made us happy. From the very beginning everyone was friendly and welcoming. Ideal location and super instructions were given to get to the property. Breakfast was fabulous and the facilities for tea and coffee making were 10/10.

Cant think of anything we didn't like apart from the fact we had to leave!

Great location for getting around the whole island. The room itself was great and the breakfasts were spot on. Friendly staff offering advice about places to eat and visit. Hope we can come back again as there’s still stuff to see and do.

The only downside was the drive down from the road - a bit bumpy to say the least.
