We were upgraded to the Turner suite and we were ever so grateful, much more comfortable to have 4 individual beds rather than 2 of us sleeping in a sofa bed. The suit was large, with all the necessary amenities and we loved the welcome pack with coffee, tea and all the necessary stuff to have breakfast. The views from the living room were amazing. And Tori at the receptions was very helpful both by email and in person while we stayed there, and absolute star. Definitely recommend and will chose to stay again if coming to IoM in the future and staying in Douglas.

Nothing, everything was great.

The location on the sea front was excellent with a view over the sea and the harbour. Facilities were good for self catering. Supermarket was very close by as were a number of restaurants.

Heating was a problem as it was not working due to a fault but they found a portable heater. Only a problem at night - sun warmed the apartment during the day.

All the amenities that anyone would need to stay with family, facilities for making light meals were more than helpful when travelling with two young children.

Microwave combi oven was not particularly good for when trying to cook basic oven based meals, however use as a microwave alone was perfect.

Only a short walk from the Sea Terminal at Douglas. Very large apartment with stunning views across Douglas bay. Separate en suite double bedroom with a king size bed. Very pleasant management who showed us how to use the door entry locks and as we had arrived early the room wasn't ready, took all our luggage up to the apartment.

The apartment ( both of them) and the friendly and helpful staff.We were very late arriving( 10.30pm) due to weather and a member of staff had stayed on to make sure we checked in ok even though we had originally opted for a remote checkin.We were very happy with our apartment even though it was dark we had a great sea view.The next morning we were extremely lucky and was offered a complimentary upgraded suite which was fabulous.(The Constable suite) had a magnificent sweeping view of the whole promenade.It is the best view we have ever had from an apartment we have stayed in.

Spotlessly clean. Very quiet. Home from home.

Lack of views out of window, but they made this clear at the time of booking as we booked at the back of the hotel.

Excellent location on the Promenade and very close to the shops. Everything supplied that was needed.

Sofa bed in lounge could do with a thicker mattress.

Staff were all lovely, suite was clean and spacious with a great view, breakfast items provided in the room allowed nice lazy mornings, and mini bar prices were low.

Lift was old, rickety and very slow. Could do with a mirror in the living room area of the suite and a chair in the bedroom. The lack of space on the far side of the bed made it very difficult to get in that side. Also lighting in bedroom, ceiling light, was a little dull.

The location was absolutely perfect for a multi day stay; close to the ferry port, grocery stores, restaurants and bus/train transit. The workout room and laundry were a nice surprise.
