The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and on one of the days, the à la carte menu was available which was great as well. The rooms matched the photos exactly; they were very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The beach is easily accessible, just a short walk from the hotel. There are also several nearby restaurants offering take-away options, as well as a pub just around the corner. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The spacious parking provided by the hotel was an added bonus.
As noted on the website, the property is undergoing refurbishment, and some of the furniture in the room was noticeably worn out and in need of an upgrade.

Location, sea view, food, staff, bar and overall a friendly atmosphere. The food was excellent and the drinks were not over priced.
A bit dated in some parts, but this is being addressed bit by bit. We had to take the very early ferry across on the Saturday, so we missed breakfast. I asked if we could have a discount on the Friday night dinner to compensate. But alas it was a no!! Not a deal breaker but would have been a nice touch. So we went to the excellent chippy across the road instead!!

Superb view of the bay. Room is a little tired, hence 9 stars but very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. It exceeded my expectations as previously the food was definitely not the strongest point (far from it!) The food has improved dramatically and we had good breakfasts and two good dinners there. They offer a good range of Bushy's beers that are changed every few days. Hand pumped and in very good condition and at pub, rather than hotel prices.
Little refurbishment needed here but there but they are clearly working on it. I would stay there again.

First impressions were not good with scaffolding to adjoining property, but once inside everything was superb. The room’s are not standard Premier Inn style they’re larger, very comfortable, en suite, and with style and character. The one drawback for a 3 story building was that it doesn’t have a lift, as I have COPD that could have been a problem, but receptionist re-arranged her plans changed my room to a first floor near the stairs. Buffet breakfast was excellent, good choice for evening meals, and an excellent bar. But the lasting memory of this hotel has got to be the staff, really first class and everyone of them so friendly. I would not rate this a 5 star hotel, I would give it 6 stars.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was recently refurbished to a very good standard. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equiped, and had excellent wifi. Location was very central right in the heart of Port Erin, but still quiet. Lots of off street parking. Two minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The main bedroom had a very small double bed which is a shame because the room is big enough to take a larger double or king bed.

The staff were delightful. The food was excellent, any request we made was happily agreed to. The car parking was extremely good and the position of the hotel was good.
The access to the bedrooms. There were a lot of steep steps and long corridors. The accessibility of the bedrooms for physically disabled people was impossible and there was no lift. The bedrooms need updating but that was clearly work in progress.

Having read the previous poor reviews, I was a little apprehensive but we needed somewhere to stay at short notice. I’m not easily satisfied but every aspect of our stay was exceptional, even when the heating in our room failed, an oil filled radiator was soon supplied. All of the staff were brilliant, the bedding and bed was comfortable, towels were lovely and soft. The food was great and of course we ate too much😂
We had a lovely room, 37, it’s a bit of a hike but the view was worth it

Well equipped apartment across the road from main hotel. Large car park outside. Modern furnishings, fully equipped kitchen inc washing machine full cooker microwave. Good bathroom with large shower. Didn't actually use main hotel so can't comment on that. Location close to beach, which is clean and safe. Shops nearby, heritage steam railway very close.
Port Errin nice quiet seaside town. Had done a little research before going and expected several restaurants nearby. Sadly most were closed. We went September may have been better in main season. Isle of Man very traditional, and beautiful countryside, but many roads are narrow, sometimes with passing places.

Hotel undergoing extensive renovations by new current owner. Rooms a little dated but spotlessly clean, with change of bedding mid week, and clean towels when needed. Breakfast selection good as was the hotel evening dinner menu, reasonably priced. Toiletries provided together with plenty of tea and coffee. Free car park. Nothing was too much trouble for the hotel staff, often going above and beyond, very friendly and attentive.
Squeaky floorboards in room 12 but may be addressed during renovations. No lift, could be a problem for some people, but not for us. Windows, not sure if double glazing had ‘blown’ or windows just needed a good clean outside.

Breakfast was plentiful and varied.. always someone on hand to get something if something had run out?.. and look after needs.. excellent..
Wi-Fi was a bit patchy.. it may be an island thing? Big old stone thick walls?I think asking a lot for Wi-Fi ? Big building as well… it wasn’t impossible it was okay… not being Moany Tony..
