Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It felt as if they genuinely cared. Staff were having breakfast in the dining room at the same time as us. That was really good to see - that everyone was treated by the management with equal respect. Food good. Very good location. Taxi driver told us it was the best hotel to stay at in Douglas!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were so kind and looked after every request we had. The location is perfect in the middle of the promenade with everything in close proximity. The room was spotless and very well catered. Will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in the Isle of Man.

The room was clean, great modern decor, large and with an uninterrupted view of the harbour. Large double bed with tea/coffee making facilities. The the wet-room Ensuite was very good, really well decorated and with excellent shower.

The staff were amazing. on hand for every request. also did a special anniversary gift I'd asked for which was fabulous and way better than I thought it would be. very friendly always willing to help. few items in the mini fridge which are complementary which was wonderful. we loved the shower.

unfortunately the view from our hotel room was scaffolding and was very ugly. unfortunately not the hotels fault but was a shame. the tv isn't on a hinged thing and is way off centre to the bed. couldn't actually watch anything but thankfully took my laptop. I think next time we'd go for the best room for view/TV issues.

Everything, from the lady at check-in to the quality of the room. The quickness of the room service and the warm welcome at breakfast, followed by the very tasty breakfast. We've stayed before and will certainly stay again

Stylish, comfortable and nice helpful staff.

The glass shower wall and open tile floor was messy . I did like the heated floor dried it by morning. It’s the latest design though. Small downside.

Refurbished to an amazing standard and the rooms are a really good size. The staff were extremely professional and there was nothing they couldn’t do! Always willing to make the stay even better.

The hotel is in a prime location in the heart of Douglas. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed was super comfy. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The complementary snacks and drinks every day is a nice touch. The staff are hardworking and all deserve a special mention.

We didn’t like the excessive noise from the karaoke bar two doors away - luckily only two nights out of our five night stay. Our room (203) faced a row of shops and flats so voiles would add some privacy during the day. Limited dinner menu, particularly for vegetarians but the quality was very good.

Breakfast & Hotel was excellent.

Hotel changed our rooms, even though l had made contact with them through email, with regular updates, After major discussions on arrival, which wasn't needed after a cancelled flight and all the hassle which came with it . Finally, the hotel compensated us with an evening meal & drinks, as they had changed our expensive rooms which were booked nearly a year in advance at a cheaper rate and booked out to others for Manx GP, bike racing. Not impressed how they went about that. But the hotel itself was excellent.
