Very good for the price, will return again!

Nothing!

The property was modern but with old character features. The ceiling was high. The view from the room (especially night time) was great. We enjoyed watching the cruise liners from our seats. There was always athletic people on the promenade. The location was handy as we were near the electric railway and horse driven tram. The bus stopped outside the door. The restaurants were a short walk away. We enjoyed the pub 5 minutes away and the chippy at the top of the hill. We had a small issue with the room, a message was sent and reply immediately. The issue solved very quickly.

There was no reception but then as I said above, response on our booking.com was very quick and efficient, so this turned out not to be such a big issue.

Amazing bathroom ( to die for) , lounge comfy with wonderful views of the bay spent our time when in apartment watching the world. Bedroom was great plenty of wardrobe space and chest of drawers. Could not fault space & facilities. Would definitely recommend 5 ***** Wish I had taken photos to add to review

Kettle a little small & lead a bit short found difficulty plugging it in. Small problem with bathroom sink plug.

We had a very enjoyable stay on Isle of Man. The location is very good, just off the promenade and besides the electric railway bringing us to Laxey. Overall public transport on Isle of Man is easy to use, well sign-posted and everyone we spoke to were very welcoming. We are considering coming back to Isle of Man next year.

Limited number of restaurants open on Sundays. We are hillwalkers and found routes on maps no longer exists or there are access issues - would be beneficial if the maps are updated.

What can I say ….. We were greeted by the owner Kim, what a lovely genuine lady that couldn’t do enough for us, we requested rooms close together as we where travelling with parents which resulted in Kim upgrading one of our rooms to accommodate this request👍🏼 The accommodation was right next to the electric tram and horse tram so easy to explore the wonderful Isle of Man 👍🏼 I don’t normally write reviews unless unhappy however this hotel is a little gem and I would defiantly recommend 😃

Absolutely nothing

They say service is about putting things right if they go wrong, and the host was certainly up to this task. We had an issue on arrival but this was dealt with promptly and sorted out with the hour. The venue, location and quality of the accommodation was first class. Kim was a great host and we would certainly return.

Nothing a great place to spend a week or more on the Isle of Mann central to all the attractions

The location was excellent! The view absolutely beautiful. The way you can come and go at anytime was very attractive as myself and my partner enjoy late night walks along the beach

I think a new kettle would be beneficial as the one there was abit short from the plug to the table, and toiletries were limited for a weeks stay

Nice, clean and spacious, little bit dated but nothing to grumble about.

when you pay for a suite for a few days, I think you should have a fridge with some milk and have the towels changed, unfortunately we didn’t have any of these.

Breakfast n/a Location good

No kitchen knives/chopping board/tin opener/coffee maker which was actually itemised on advert. First property visited with no welcome pack. Would benefit from a few scatter cushions on sofas for back support. Some extra pillows perhaps.

Did not bother with breakfast. Rooms very clean, excellent view, very close for transport and owner extremely helpful. Room very hot so the owner provided a room fan which was bliss.

Refreshment of complimentary tea and coffee. Only a very small point.
