I loved this place. It was in a great location and the bed is so comfy and you get left own devices. Plenty of mirrors in the room and drawer space to for your things. They have blinds and black out curtains which is ideal for laying in. They have a lovely kitchen to make tea and food in. Loads of caffees for food too. There games room is amazing pack man and street fighter for FREE. Could have played for ages. The cleaning lady was lovely and helped with towels and the location of things.

I didn't like the face there is no hand washing facility in the shared toilet or even hand gel for after. It's just not nice to think of when you walk down the stairs and touch the banister rail someone else has done the same. The room walls are quite thin so you can hear the people in the next room from you like snoring ect.

Really nicely designed, clean very comfortable room and bed, great location surrounded by restaurants and 5 min walk from beach. Great value for money, would definitely stay again. Comfy stay staff were very responsive when I called them to make sure my room had an en suite toilet as some of there rooms do not, but they were happy to help and made sure I had the correct room for my needs. The downstairs had a huge kitchen with all kitchen facilities all kept immaculately clean, there’s even a large games room, great property Greta value.

I have given a unhappy 🙁 score for staff only because there weren't anybody here its all through Email or text but with good communication from the owners .. easy to use front door access and everything else once in the building easy and straightforward just use commonsense.. Right now for my Review where do I start.. Location fantastic plenty of Restaurants right on your doorstep and easy (free) parking , Accommodation is Second to none if you moan about this place you are a very hard person to please its got everything you need from access to kitchen which is fully equipped with all your needs to a games room which I liked and a 55ins smart TV with Netflix and Prime if needed now my room which I can only go by on a triple room experience which for me was excellent and with a very comfortable bed, lighting is dim but come on the decor is very classy with a great touch . Breakfast is at the cafe which is a stones throw away with a good selection range on the menu even got eggs benedict or poached eggs with Avocado 🥑 very nice .. Overall fantastic stay will bring my misses next time for a long weekend break..

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything everywhere was clean to a high standard. Everything you needed was to hand including a guest file with instructions on things such as heating. For others who don't know the area, their was a section on recommend places to go. Games room with everything free to use. Even booking and arriving was handed very well. Emails sent and reminders making check in and out so easy.

Nothing I didn't like.

Lovely location. Very clean. Easy access. Very easy to find. We equipped with washing machine drier microwave etc. Basically a home from home.

The room was on top floor so a long way to communal kitchen for drinks. We had room 7. There were a lot of stairs to go up and down with hot drinks. Shared toilet was not ideal. We weren't told on booking it would be shared. Our room had no hot water in the basin only cold tap worked. It was cold in the room and radiator didn't seem to warm up.

We stayed in the family room and were very happy with the size and decor. We had a small shower (which we didn’t use) and a toilet. The shared kitchen facilities were useful modern and clean. It’s location is near the beach and town with plenty of takeaways to choose from

At night it got a little noisy from the streets outside but other than this our stay was good.

Could have done with an extra toilet rolls and toiletries in the room. As 1 roll for a family of 3 is not enough for 2 nights.

The facilities in the kitchen and laundry were excellent, although we only used the washing machine. We enjoyed the selection of restaurants over the road. The breakfast arrangements was fantastic

While we were tired on arrival we found the explanation of how to get in using the door keypads a little confusing. The code for the front door was listed after more within the instructions with the code for the room dominating the instructions first. It would be logical to have the code for the front door first with the room second.

We stayed here for a concert and travelled up from Manchester. The hotel was amazing very clean, good location, modern with friendly staff and a games room. we had ground floor which led to a rear garden which was ideal. parking right outside the front door & beach a few mins walk. Will definitely be staying here again in the future. thank you :)

For all there was nobody on site the self check in went well and the breakfast was available only a short walk away at another B and B. Facilities were very clean.

It was all ok really. If I said I didn't like anything I would just becoming picky for no good reason. At first I was a bit sceptical about self check in but on arrival it was not complicated at all. Just simply a code for the front door and a code for the room door.
