The view from the balcony is stunning especially on a summers day if your awake early enough you can watch the sunrise from your balcony. The beds are so comfortable I wish the check-out was a little bit later so could have a lie in.
The shower was a bit of a let down. Stayed here before on the 3rd floor balcony room and the room seemed bigger and the shower was amazing, this time we were on the 1st floor with balcony room 113 the shower head was tiny and couldn't get the temperature right either kept going really cold or really hot. Also the price was a bit more expensive compared to when we stayed last time. It wouldn't put us off coming back though.

Spacious clean rooms, right on the beachfront, lovely sunrise. Everything was easy, parking, breakfast, getting a drink. Loved that they offered a free drink at the bar if you were happy not to have your room cleaned and fresh towels, do love anyway to reduce waste and I think this is a great incentive. The beach is just lovely & the hotel accepts dogs & caters well for them. Breakfast had a really good selection and service throughout was great.
The hotel is new but lacks any kind of va va voom, the bedrooms are dull, perfectly thought out & spacious but a little dull. I think it's just the decor being very beige that makes it seem very dated. Also aircon would've been a great addition, having to sleep with the door open when you're next to The Stack indicates bad planning, A/C would considerably reduce the noise impact, once the door was closed though the hotel is very quiet and there is a fan in the room. For these reason it felt like an expensive stay.

The Seaburn inn is a lovely clean , comfortable place to stay , great bar and drinks etc
First night we went for dinner in the Seaburn Inn but was very disappointed with the food quality! I had the Salmon, very greasy salmon was over cooked? And looked more like a starter and for £18.50 was definitely not worth the money, My wife had the Rump steak , and at £20 wasn’t great quality or quantity, asked for a well done steak it was burnt and very hard to get a knife through it , at this level and prices the food needs to be much better! We only had dinner on the first night went out for food the rest of our stay breakfast was disappointing too.

Good parking - nice big spaces. Huge, comfortable and clean room. Excellent location. The food was nice - typical 'pub fare' which is what we expected.
Check in; we arrived when it was very busy so there was nobody to check us in and we had to do it all on a screen. That in itself is not a problem (although it was a bit long-winded) but it lacked any personal interaction. We would have liked to at least speak to someone to tell us handy tips like what to do at breakfast time etc. The staff were efficient but they were not as friendly as other places we have stayed (one exception was a lady whose name I am not sure of but her hair was brown and in a bun, she was lovely).

Really nicely thought out, lovely bar area downstairs, easy access in from the car park, views amazing from balcony! Room was nipping clean. Breakfast was faultless, staff brilliant!
I thought the balcony would have been nicer if frosted rather than plain glass had been used, also a dividing screen between each balcony for privacy. We just stayed (jan) and thought that maybe in the future maybe a couple of blankets could be provided in the wardrobe incase it’s chilly sitting outside (just a thought, seen it other places). Extra pillows were provided which was great but the bed was way softer than we were used to (personal taste).

Hotel in an excellent location, very clean.
DOGS allowed in every area where guests are eating, waitresses patting dogs then serving meals, very unhygienic, not acceptable to most people. We were given what appeared to be a room for disabled guests, not happy with that, hand basin too low for us,shower inside bath.We are regular guests at the Seaburn Inn and have never had any of these problems before.I was considering staying again within the next two weeks but am seriously concerned about our last experience.

Breakfast was brilliant, bed was very comfy!
Our balcony door didn't work and it took us a long while and lots of asking to get it fixed, then we couldn't lock it. We also had to ask multiple times for more towels and toilet paper as we missed the cleaners. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and it was awful, the food we were given did not match the description on the menu. I was given a prawn pizza with 3 prawns on it and my wife was given uncooked chips and coconut rice pudding that was actually lemon and was horrible.

One Desert chocolate layered pudding ordered we got one muffin rock hard one blob of mousse and a spoon of jam not as described on menu. We had a seafront balcony view room which was gorgeous, a large room with a large bed. Facilities were as you would expect. The option to have a drink on the house rather than have the room serviced every day was welcome and accepted. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly and welcoming. This is a new , clean hotel with adequate parking
I was inundated with 8 emails from booking .com and the hotel. The faster check in option include 'phishing' style information requests incl date of birth, email & address, none of which was required. There were some maintenance issues re the shower that I reported. I saw signs that minor maintenance / deep cleaning routines are not regularly undertaken. I fear this may spoil visitor experience if ignored in the longer term

A great location, right on the sea front , the hotel is clean and the rooms are large ,we stayed on.the night of the summer solstice, watching the sun come up over the sea was magical, live music next door at the stack , breakfast was hot and plenty of. Choice for cooked ot continental breakfast, the make your own drop scone pancakes was a novel way bur fun and easy to use ,quality of the sausage was more like a hot dog sausage only fault
No.air con in room and quality of the sausage on the breakfast
