Lovely apartment with all the necessities available. (Fridge, washing machine, oven, stove etc) 10 minute walk only to the City Centre and loads of shops and restaurants close by. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. 100% recommend and would come back again.

the communication between myself and the hosts were on point. very helpful even in unsociable hours especially after a 4 hour drive up. bed was comfortable and got a good nights sleep. extremely good value for money!

some items of furniture could’ve been done with replenishing as had stains on them and there wasn’t much said about the bathroom was communal down the stairs. I could also hear the roadworks and traffic through the windows even though they were shut so took me a bit of time to settle down

Location garden was beautiful with squirrels

The only complaint I had with this property was on the first night we didn’t have toilet facilities which was really difficult with 2 children but it was fixed the following day other than that I couldn’t fault our stay

The location is really great, and the neighbourhood is safe. It's in a private area which has plenty of parking spaces.

The carpet seems to be aged, probably change the one in the bathroom to laminate.

Lovely place in really good area close to city centre comfortable beds whole place was clean beautiful dining area couldn’t be happier .

There was nothing I didn’t like about the place

Location is amazing. If you have the option of getting downstairs i would take it. During the day you can sit and watch the squirrels in the garden.

It was a great stay and the apartment was absolutely amazing. The check in process and communication were exceptional throughout. The location is easily accessible and within walking distance of the city centre and transport links.

There were no faults or dislikes with this stay. The staff accommodated every request and concern with haste, care and detail.

I liked how the flat was so close to Sunderland, easy to find, good parking, lots of space around the flat with a nice bathroom and size bedroom with a single bed aswell. The team was so kind and informative through the whole process, would definitely stay here again.

The Tv was a bit hard to use, and didn’t have any Netflix or Now Tv options which would of been nice. Another sofa would of been nice too for all 4 of us to watch Tv comfortably together,

We had to stay last minute due to storm damage on our house so we found somewhere cheap and werent expecting much, however we were very happy with the place. It had everything we need and the bedroom was set back from the living room giving a good noise block for the kids while they were sleeping. location was very good near local shop and walking distance to the town centre. Loved the fact we could bring our dogs and there was a park right opposite to walk them.

The bathroom has some frosted glass panels which you can sort of see through when in the bedroom, this made it awkward for my husband to use the toilet when the girls were in the bedroom

I liked everything, the property location, the property itself and the front garden.

The rear garden wasn't looked after. You could have there a nice place to hang out.
