The staff are very helpful and it was ideal for what I needed for my work, a clean comfortable bed plus clean shower and bathroom. There are plenty of local food outlets for a late meal plus Peterlee I’d just a few minutes away

No food available but there is a kitchen which is very basic with just a microwave and washing machine and tumble dryer

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room and the bed was comfy and the bathroom was very good.

The car park wasn’t looked after with bricks, rubbish and weeds everywhere. There was a old rusty chair In the car park and cigarette ends on the floor by the chair which looked terrible and I though “Oh no where have I come to” shall I just find another place to go to. But I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt and hope my car is still there when I get back to it. I wasn’t disappointed and glad I stayed there.

Room was extremely clean, bed was comfy.

Needs a bedside lamp. I stayed for three nights so it would have been nice if someone could have emptied the bin. In the entrance and hallway there was a slight excessive use of air freshener

The room was fine; the bed was comfortable, the internet worked perfectly and the shower was hot.

There was no food available in the hotel or the immediate vicinity; the size of the room meant that the only place to place the suitcase to take items out was on the bed. Describing the room as "superior double" was misleading: if two people were to share the bed they would have to be extremely small or extremely intimate.

Best nights sleep I've had in years.The staff carried my luggage up to the first floor room. Staff were very polite and helpful. Lovely modern bathroom. Amazing value for money.

Scratched furniture. Not that it bothered me.

There was no food but some desultory coffee making stuff. No cup or mug though. I enjoyed improvising. Excellent shower. All was clean. Good staff.

Great value for money. It is a basic standard. If you want the Ritz, I'd go elsewhere, but if you are looking for a low cost bed for the night. This does the trick just fine

so cheap I was expecting the worst. the room was large and quiet. value for money is unreal. any negative feedback I would ignore. it cost £30 per night. you get more than you pay for. thanks

nothing for £30 a night you are lucky to get a plot for a tent

It is a budget hotel and luxury must not be expected. However, everything was clean and I do not see any reason for complaining.

Easy parking, takeaway food and late opening co-op. Hotel cheap and functional. Picking up son from university.
