Everything was absolutely fine for what we needed, also great location for things. Also an area in Sunderland (fulwell) where we have not stayed before so was nice exploring that area for a change.

Only a couple of down sides but nothing major. .the sofa in the living wasn’t to comfy . There’s was no table for kids to eat at. As I said it was nothing major and you get what you pay for other than that great stay.

Very last minute booking, hostess was very helpful and accommodated. The apartment is very big, clean and had everything in that you would need. Bedrooms were a good size also. Every detail had been thought about. Would highly recommend as has a lot in the surrounding area to accommodate everyone. Will definitely use them again.

The location was excellent. 5 minute walk to the Seaburn recreation park to walk the dogs, right by the beach. Also near to the shops on Sea Rd. The beds were comfortable and the flat was spacious.

The sofa bed in the sitting room was not so comfortable and there could have been a bit more seating.

The property was generally clean, well decorated and easily accessible. The lounge was a nice place to watch TV and have a chat with the family.

The property was close to the road so as expected, a bit of noise in the night. A double glaze would take care of this.

The location worked for our requirements. Easy access with the key safe.

The bath in one apartment needed cleaning. The loud music from the shop below between 11.30pm to 1am. But this is being dealt with so should be better in the future.

Mattress on bed was not good quality springs were digging in

Went for one night with the girls. Perfect location next to the beach for the dog and straight opposite a pub. Ship right next door. Plenty takeaways to order from.

The apartment is situated very close to all amenities and is a short walk to the seafront. It was very clean and had all the necessary cooking utensils all in all very good value for money will use again

Spacious microwave cooker fridge spacious bathroom good size double bedroom and large twin room. Towels provided.

Some obvious repairs. Took photos and sent via booking.com as had to pay damage deposit which was refunded 7 days after beginning of our stay.

Not far from the seafront.

Heating didnt work but staff were extremely helpfull in relocating quickly as we had a baby with us. Second apartment in south shields was excellent
