A **calm and quiet location**, perfect for **relaxation and peace of mind**. Plus, there’s **no parking hassle**, and you can **park for free without any issues**.

The **bathrooms need a redesign**. When using the bathtub, the **ceiling is too low**, and for a **tall person, there’s a chance of hitting their head while standing inside the tub**. Also, **room cleanliness could be improved**, especially in the **bathroom and sink area**. When I first checked in, I noticed that **the sink drain was clogged**. It took until the **next day for maintenance to come and fix it**, and after that, I was finally able to **use the sink properly**.

Spacious room just a few short minutes from centre. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Had a problem one night and sent a message through booking.com and it was sorted within 30 minutes. Met one staff member in the morning and she was lovely. Nice walk to the mini zoo and the park.

There was a stairs to the basement directly to the left of the door which is highly dangerous for anyone but especially kids. Beds a bit hard and pillows were unusual, it was hard to keep their shape. Ate in a lovely Turkish restaurant in centre two nights.

Great location with only a short walk into the centre of town. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops ,bakeries and good supermarkets within a 5 minute stroll. The residential road is very quiet with no through traffic and the included on site parking is a real bonus so close to the centre . Very easy to find but only 10 minutes from the 3 and 44 Autobahns. Perfect for our visit meeting friends and wandering around the excellent Saturday market. The electronic check in was simple even for a couple of oldies and very efficiently managed too.

Excellent stay at JustStay. Exactly what is says on the tin. We had a loft apartment with a kitchenette and loft views to the town. It was very clean and spacious enough for all our needs. We only met a couple of the cleaning ladies but they were all very kind and polite. The whole process was very easy and the electronic check in suited as well as we arrived very late. The location is easy to find, in a quite road and access to the city of Dusseldorf is straightforward both by car or tram.

There was a kettle in the apartment, but no coffee or any other supplies to prepare one. It would be nice if we were able to have a cup of coffee in the morning without us having to buy the supplies, especially if it's a short stay.

The hotel is perfect for overnight stay. The breakfast is delicious and healthy, but if you are staying there for 5 days and you will be serve the same meal in the box no variety then it will be boring. It was clean and they clean everyday and change the towels but not the bedsheet. The staff is nice, you won't see them but they are very helpful, same as the cleaning staff. the kitchen utensils and good just hoping they have coffee machine and microwave. The location is good near lidl and rewe so you will not starve .

The breakfast box that was being serve over over and over that makes it tiring to eat, it's no longer appetizing, hoping they have variety. The bedsheets were not change No coffee machine and microwave.

Some may be put off by the minimalist approach - no front desk, no restaurant, etc. and a PIN code to access the building and the room. However, it's clear that the money this saves is invested in the room itself where it really counts. I really liked it and would recommend it. Also great location for my visit. If you need help, the staff are a phone call away and very responsive. Just make sure you have made your own arrangements for dinner and breakfast!

We like the fact that we just need to enter the door code before entering the hotel/room. No receptionist. The breakfast was also being dilivered in a box early in the morning. Nice shower. Cozy beds. They also have a mini kitchen area.

It would be perfect if they put more lights in the toilet area.

The door lock code expires at the exact time of checkout. In the worst case you are in the cold outside and can't get all your luggage, give it 15min more. The fan does not work. There is little storage room in the room itself, for two people and almost a week it's fine. But the luggage will be somewhere in the room.

After completing the form for online check-in we received the access code as promised. We had the luck to be upgraded. When I crossed the housekeeper on ckeck-out she greeted me with a typical german Gutenmorgen! We talked a little about the room we received. The suite was very clean and well equipped. The hotel used to be an appartment building that has recently been converted. Idealy located to go to Düsseldorf Airport when dropping of friends early in the morning and close to the city center for a restaurant visit the night before! Will be back there when needed.

Apartment is spacious, really comfortable (beds on the softer side, but still we had a good sleep). Parking outside the hotel and in general the hotel is in a very convenient location. Best thing though is the gym! Small but very well equipped.
