The free access to the coffee machine in the breakfast area was most appreciated, regardless of us not having breakfast. Complimentary water in room was a bonus too. Great location, good selection of bars and restaurants and small supermarkets close by, and only a 30 minute walk into the centre.

There was no access to a safety deposit box in the hotel, either in the room, or at reception. This is pretty much standard these days, and was a concern as it did not comply with our holiday insurance requirements.

I had an amazing stay. Good bed and shower, silent apartment, great wifi (I was there for work reasons), good breakfast and kind staff. It is a simple hotel, but perfect for work purposes.

Reception is not available all the time. I had to leave very early and the person was not there, so I was almost late for my meeting. They could offer the possibility to send the receipt via Booking, which would save (valuable) time from people traveling for work.

Very clean. Excellent location, only 10 minutes walk from tollhaus theatre. Good breakfast. Easy check in.

No aircon (but there was a fan) I could hear noises from other guests, although it wasn't loud enough to disturb me when I was sleeping

Room and even the bed is to small. But it was single room. Maybe it is a standart of single room.

Breakfast meniu is too poor. Not many possibilieties to choose meal.

I love the Bathroom the most. So big and so clean. An iron and ironing board are also available.

It would have been better if there was a kettle.

Easily accessible via public transportation, comfortable self check-in, very clean room, quiet location.

The restaurant from the hotel is very good.

At my arrival, the shower had a problem, was resolved the next day.
