Very spacious, clean. Great location near to the KIT. Quiet neighborhood, near to tram. Friendly staff. Staff allowed us to have breakfast early even though normally breakfast starts only at 8am on Sunday.

Spacious room with almost all the essentials available. Nice balcony and comfortable bed. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Good breakfast included in the price. Parking was free.

We were looking for a family room in the vicinity, and no other hotel offered one - we'd have had to book two rooms with two small kids. That this "family room" was a caravan added adventure to the family trip!

I didn't mind, but it's worth noting that about half the advertised space is in the tent in front of the caravan. It's space you can use, of course, and offers enough privacy - but maybe not what you'd expect.

Free parking behind the building when you arrive late. Self check in was easy. Great breakfast and nice staff. Very large room, a lot of space and spacious kitchen.

The balcony was right above trash bins.
