Amazing place! Heavenly views from our apartment practically on the rocks by the water. Stunning, serene decor everywhere. All in all a place to both explore and unwind. Great breakfast too. I wish we had the possibility to stay longer!

- Unclarity about how things function in the apartment. Mike from the reception said not to touch the stove in the sauna, but in the end that was the only way to get it to work. - Untidy windows and deck due to bird feces. - I would have loved a morning sauna by the sea before breakfast, but it opens after.. - The breakfast team was not quite ready by 8 am when the buffet was supposed to open and guests were waiting. - No menu to check for prices or options regarding lunch and dinner. We were asked to go talk to the chef, but it would be nice to be able to study an approximate menu in peace when planning your stay. - Staying at Havsvidden is very expensive, which leaves no room for any mistakes/delays regarding service, property cleaning etc.

We stayed in a small vila by the sea. The views are breathtaking but also the privacy and having sauna and jacuzzi for ourselves made it very special! The vila was modern and very well made. The big windows opening towards the big terrace and the sea were super. Watching the sea view from bed was one pf my favorite things. We had a fully equipped kitchenette so we had own drinks and snacks with us. But we also tried the restaurant for dinner one night and it was very good. Service was good, even if smiling is not their strength, they roll up the sleeves and help on anything you need. There is also a 2,5km well marked walking path around the area that we highly recommend. Considering this is an island and this place is far from any towns, the level on comfort you get here shows how well this was made and designed to provide unique experiences to guests! Big thanks, we will be back!

The only thing we would have appreciated is some instructions about the jacuzzi. First we could not switch it on and after we could not switch it off. Also in Finland we use a sauna seat cloth to seat in the sauna, but here there was none and not any spare towels either. Nevertheless, these are small details.

Luckily we got a beautiful apartment by the sea because there was a water damage in the double room we had paid for. The double room was very small for two adults. Couldn’t have stayed over there for 4 days. The apartment by the see was spacious and furnishings were beautiful.

A big disappointment was the ”spa”. One little swimming pool where kids were jumping in and splashing the water. Also only one sauna. That is not a spa. Change your advertisement, please. Luckily we had a kitchen to cook because the restaurant prices were expensive for a couple staying there for four days. The location was pretty far from the shops, stores and petrol stations. Luckily we got a beautiful apartment by the sea because there had happened a water damage in the double room we had paid for. The double room was very small for two adults. Couldn’t have stayed over there for 4 days.

Awesome view and beautiful sunsets over rocky cliff and ocean, no matter what the weather was. Well designed 130m2 modern villa for a large group or family.

Not really. But for this price, these should be fixed: The large terraces all around should be renovated and better maintained. The swimming huts (toilet and a sauna) were adorable by design, but especially the sauna was in a bad shape due insufficient air condition.

The breakfast was excellent, it gave a feeling of "home made" in a positive way. The room was quiet, I have never slept as well as I did in a hotel before. The staff at the pool bar was excellent, very helpful and friendly.

The room was very small and there were no closets or other furniture for storage of clothes and such. The bathroom was nice and clean, however, there was no shelf for shampoo in the shower. Everything had to be kept on the floor. The restaurant was fully booked our last evening, however, the pool bar saved us from having to drive a long way to the nearest restaurant. One would think that when there are no other restaurants nearby, the Havsvidden restaurant should have the capacity to serve at least the hotel's own guests.

The location is really exceptional. Wonderful views and beautiful nature surrounding. Breakfast was excellent and service and staff professional and friendly. This is a unique place that I would recommend any time to friends and relatives.

Difficult to mention anything. Shower gel was missing in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. Would be nice addition to have a grill. Maybe some easy taxi service to get you to some other interesting locations during the stay.

We stayed in 2 bedroom house -Kitchen was quite badly equipped. -Jacuzzi can't be used during the first night as the water is cold (no worth the pay for it if you only stay 1 night). -Our sauna door was not working so we could not use sauna properly as it could not be fixed during out stay -I was missing information about how to use sauna/jacuzzi, how / what to clean before leaving. -At the breakfast, many items were running out and guests needed to ask for refill (this happened both mornings for many items) -Staff was helpful and nice at the reception but other staff were really ignorant (e.g. at the breakfast) -No air condition in the bed rooms which made it very hot to sleep in

Beautiful building in even more beautiful surroundings. There's not much else nearby than breathtaking views and nature, which really makes this place perfect for relaxation - everywhere in the structure is so calm and quite. The pool house area was amazing, with a fantastic view on the harbor, sauna both in the changing room with big windows as well as just by the sea. We didn't eat at the restaurant but tried their cocktails which were great and the breakfast buffet was overwhelmingly good, to enjoy on the terrace. The personnel was so kind and friendly.

If you don't book a whole "klipphus", the bedrooms themselves are nothing special and quite small, but you won't want to spend that much time there anyway considering the possibility to hang in other beautiful areas indoors and outdoors of the structure.

The wonderful staff deserves a special mention. The view from the saunas is astonishing. The opening hours for pool and sauna facilities are well planned, so that the guests can make the most of out of them even on the day of departure, and breakfast is luckily not too early, starting at 8:30. The dinner menu has three delicious choices and tasty wine options. I recommend the fish dishes, although one might die of gluttony afterwards.

The room was truly underwhelming, being a tiny closet with a ground level view of the parking spots. I missed having a water kettle for tea and cursed bumping into my partner and luggage constantly.

We loved this resort. The staff was nice and helpfull, the food was great, views were nice, breakfast was perfect. Saunas were also nice!

In the room there was no air-conditioner! The room was very small.
