Our room had a beautiful aspect overlooking the pool and garden. On arrival, we were placed into a room with a balcony, which was a very nice treat. Although the garden lights were on all night, the curtains kept the room dark enough to sleep. The reception was very friendly, and we appreciated the bar area. Breakfast was a robust buffet with many options. We also appreciated in-room coffee and kettle. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the wardrobe offered nice storage for our things. Shower had excellent water pressure and hot water. We also liked having side table lights and personal outlets on both sides of the bed. The location was nicely situated off of main roads, but easily walking distance to many of the popular activities in the area.

The towel heater wasn't on yet for the season, which we didn't expect. The shower was a little bit leaky, so we had a fairly damp floor.

We loved the location outside the city center in the forest where you can hear the birds signing, enjoying the fresh air. The hotel is beautifully designed with lovely flowers, a pond with lotus flowers and koi fish and nice pool as well. Breakfast was great! The staff were helpful in calling taxis for us (to/from Tsinandali), highly recommend!

FYI the family room on the fourth floor is only reachable by stairs, there's no elevator.

I had an amazing stay at Seventeen Rooms, it's gorgeous boutique style hotel right next to the forest and the view from the room was amazing, overlooking bit of nature and the pool. Stuff was amazing guy at the lobby was super friendly and helpful if I needed anything, was no issue getting a taxi as well I would stay here again when I'll visit Telavi. Absolutely loved my stay, thank you again for having me.

Absolutely delightful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any request. The environment of the hotel is simply breathtaking – beautifully maintained grounds, serene and inviting common areas, and a lovely atmosphere that promotes relaxation. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering all the comforts we could wish for.

Friendly employees, amendment to our booking was possible and lost charger was well guarded until we picked it up.

The hotel is not centrally located at a main road and rather far on the top of a hill. To us the air perfume in the lobby was too strong. There were loud discussions and phone calls in the lobby and court yard until 12pm which was very loud when you have your room towards these directions.

Wonderful place to stay in Telavi. Highly recommended. Special thanks and acknowledgement for the staff workers, who were extremely kind and generous with us during our stay (I forgot some of my belongings after our check out and they helped me very much to get them back!) If we come back to Telavi we will choose again for sure this hotel.

We were so surprised by this hotel - in a great way! It is very new, with eclectic and fascinating art works, and a stunning, relaxing lobby/lounge full of beautiful interior design. The bedrooms were well-proportioned, exceptionally clean with great bathrooms and inviting balconies. The bedding was lush - comfortable mattress and a variety of pillow options. Breakfast was abundant and we enjoyed the lovely courtyard as a backdrop. The staff was accommodating, and helpful when booking taxis, talking about the hotel and being genuinely helpful, nice people.

Nothing - we loved it all. The only feedback is: the photographs on Bookings.com do not represent the property at all. We were expecting a 2 star hotel, rather this is a boutique, luxury art hotel. We recommend the owners retake the photos of the hotel, to truly reflect this amazing hotel.

- Very good staff, helpful and professional. Clearly seen that the hotel trains them. - Despite the relatively small rooms, they are comfortable and clean. - Price is OK. Neither expensive nor cheap. - The location is quite good but the car is recommended to get there. - The pool was clean and the atmosphere was very nice around it.

- There was no food service/restaurant in the hotel rather than breakfast service. So during the daytime you have to walk quite far from the hotel to get the food. - The standard room had no refrigerator to get the cold drinks in the summer days. - The bar is not working in the evening.

Mariami at the reception was excellent and super helpful. She advised us on great places to eat and ordered us taxi, helping negotiate even the onwards journey back to Tbilisi with the taxi driver. We also loved the laundry service - it was very convenient and quick (we got our clothes back the same day) Breakfast has a food variety and the pool is cozy and heated.

When my friend ordered her wine, the barmen didn’t know what wine it was and couldn’t advise her on anything or provide any information on alternatives to aid her choice.

The design of the hotel was exquisite, our stay was very pleasant and comfortable; The hotel has the nicest staff I have ever met; Although the hotel is relatively small, it had very diverse spaces and amenities; Very good breakfast, as well as the food in the hotel restaurant; not overpriced; Great location, it is in the beautiful city of Telavi, close to the city center, but located right next to a forest.

I really liked everything about this hotel.
