Loved the location with easy access to skiing.Loved the jacuzzi and pool. Loved the fitness room. Loved the multiple sitting areas throughout the hotel. Loved the whole decor/design of the place. Loved the ski shop/rental inside the hotel The staff was very kind and attentive. The food at the bar was excellent. And of course the warm cookies and hot chocolate when you come back from skiing
if you have noisy neighbors, you do hear them fairly easily...but this was not a regular issue. Also there are not many options for food. Bringing your own snacks for after ski helped. Wish long stay hotel clients could access the sauna/ steam room without extra fee.

It was stunningly decorated-very western meets mountains. Well-planned gathering places nestled on each floor, with smaller elegant private rooms-very European! Astounding views from every window. Food at the bar was excellent, and the morning buffet generous. Pool and spa were clean and elegant, with a huge fireplace outdoors that they lit in the evening-swimming after hiking, knowing you could warm and dry yourself by a fire? Divine!
There was not one thing wrong with this property.

We had a beautiful view from our room.It was super clean and well decorated. Hotel staff was very professional and friendly. We skied at Snowbird because Alta had closed for the season a week earlier. Very convenient to the ski slopes.
The breakfast that was served was not their usual excellent hot breakfast. The hotel manager called us before our visit and explained what we could expect. Because Alta had just closed they had very low occupancy and could not fully staff a hot breakfast. The food was OK.

Location was wonderful and the facility was nice. Food onsite was good. I would stay here again. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Paper thin walls. Could hear neighbor talking in normal voice. It was a connecting room and if I knew that at booking I would have chosen another room.

Fantastic location and room. Some staff were amazing above expectations.
Mixed staff experience. Some excellent and some horrendous. Strange Heat AC alternate with loud fan and uncomfortable cold air that can not be adjusted or turned off. Facilities (tub, games room) often broken or closed. Not acceptable at the high high price charged

Great location and ease of access to Alta. The locker room and ski shop downstairs are exceptional. Staff is super friendly and accommodating.

This is a fabulous property in an unbeatable location with gorgeous lobbies, spa and the best ski boot rooms I've ever seen
