Very Close to shops, restaurants yet not on the busy street. Staff was professional, service oriented and very responsive to the simplest comment, concern or need. All areas were very clean , I hope they continue to maintain the property as time goes by as I understand it is only a couple years old. Looove the breakfast. There was a nice hot assortment daily and very substantial from sausage, grits , oatmeal , breakfast tacos , waffles, breakfast potatoes. Area kept very clean and well stocked. My suite was modern, spacious and well appointed with a full size refrigerator and all necessary supplies to cook a meal -which I did not. I enjoyed my stay and plan to return when passing through in December with my family. This is a wonderful little place to stay. Please keep it up.

The wifi was bad and there was no-one who knew how to do anything about it. I was told it was probably because I was on a side of the building that got bad reception and to use my own phone as a hot spot. There should be a better resolution than that. The hotel advertised free wifi that I wasn't able to access completely.

It was very bright and colorful. The breakfast is amazing and the suites are a perfect size for my family.

I stayed here the previous year and I was unaware of the hold that would be placed on my cared for incidentals. The cost increased. So that was a little surprising.

The hospitality!!! I could give this hotel a 20 stars if I could.. I book here for my daughters wedding and we had bridesmaid coming and going , they were super cool about it.Never gave us a hard time. Greeted us with a smile and respect at all time. The kitchen staff was also very polite and friendly. Good breakfast every day!!!, I can write a book about how I love my 4 days stay here if I could …lol. I will DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone . I will definitely be back to stay here again.

The place was located on a great pot away from traffic. Lot of parking.

It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!

The only issue we had is the guests in the room above us sounded like they were river dancing and jumping up and down on the floor and it was very annoying. I'm sure it was children (which I totally understand, but the parents should have stopped it in a hotel) I reported it to the front desk and it eventually stopped, but I could tell the hotel employee was aggravated that I called. (it wasn't 7 or 8 o'clock, but more like 10 and it was keeping my children from being able to sleep)

The room was very clean. It was like the size of a tiny apartment and it looked beautiful and modern. I recommended this hotel to my dad, cause he travels for work a lot. Other than that I recommend others staying here, because for the price it’s worth it! You’ll love it!

Breakfast was great, we enjoyed the variety given. Having coffee available all day was a nice treat also.

The lady's restroom on the main floor was out of order during our visit. Would have been nice to have access to another bathroom when ours in the room was occupied. The gate to swimming pool didn't allow card access so that was a pain to reach over and open the gate. Good thing we had a tall one in our group.

The rooms are nice and big with 2 queens and a sleeper sofa which fit our family of six. I also liked the mini kitchen and full size refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was good with a decent variety. This hotel is clean and the staff were friendly.

Not much. There were no linens and pillows in the room for the sleeper sofa and I had to get the front desk to get some for us.

I love how the staff greeted us after traveling up from storm. It was super late and we did a late check-in but the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. The next morning breakfast was excellent and the staff was very helpful as well.

My rooms weren’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait for them to get them ready. One of my rooms had to be changed. The room they placed me in smelled like garlic my whole stay so I had to spray with odor ban and there were stains on the carpet.
