This hotel really surpassed my expectations. It's a funny collection of buildings that don't look much from the outside, but has been completely modernised inside. I had a great room and good use of all the on-site facilities. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Found me a more suitable room, airport taxi, etc. Great value for money IMO, as I couldn't have had a better stay at some of the more reputable hotels

The staff is very helpful, English speaking friendly. The room is super spacious and very quiet. It was cleaned daily. The spa is amazing and the service was top tier. The swimming pool is big and not crowded at all. The reservation for the airport transfer and spa was so smooth and easy.

The breakfast area is a bit small but there are some seating outside.

The swimming pool was not working on the month of May. Room carpet was not of good quality Need to work on improving quality of breakfast

The bedroom decor looks awful and cheap. The rooms need more colour. Doing this could give a more premium feel. There is no gym despite booking.com saying there was one. The pool area was nice but there are no cushions or mattress for the sunbeds meaning it’s uncomfortable to relax there and there was loud music playing

Staff were nice, room was huge, the spa was great and super cheap, the pool area is chilled. Pretty well located too - it's tucked behind the casino

I was in a separate building which is no biggie but the entrance etc was a bit tired. Breakfast isn't worth getting up for and the space needs more tables or at least for solo/two people. Couldn't get a seat

Great value for money, slightly out of dead centre location was good. Still convenient for everything though. Staff friendly and helpful great breakfast buffet.

Great nice breakfasts, served till 10 AM Own swimming pool, open during the summer time. Nice big hotel rooms, very clean. Personnel is very polite and very helping.

Very good breakfast with variety of foods. I especially liked kefir.

There was an occasional noise from construction project nearby . Also there was no water for a period of time staff blaming it on mains problem outside the hotel.

I asked one extra bottle drinking water, they said 1 bottle per day and that one bottle was small For one person can’t enough that small bottle water
