What is there not to love about this property… the staff amazing- so friendly/helpful and aim to please. The facility clean, the lobby has a ton of seating for lounging and eating, the outdoor waterfront area was my absolute favorite spot such a peaceful and tranquil area with covered and uncovered seating. Love there is a fire pit for those chilly mornings and nights. We booked a deluxe balcony suite which is perfect for families and can sleep 6 with the pull out couch. Plenty of room if needed to throw down an air mattress. Love the balcony overlooking the water. Bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was actually clean upon arrival and very spacious the entire room was actually. Location was great too. Love they allow pets- wish I brought my fur baby… maybe next time!

Absolutely no complaints!

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful employees, especially the desk clerk that was on when we checked in. The air conditioner worked well and the view was great. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy outside amenities

Only complaint was the shower curtain. It wasn’t even long enough to reach the tub, made showering difficult Would have preferred glass shower doors and room on higher floor. I did not request a particular floor and did not ask for one on arrival. My husband was happy we were in the first floor, , no elevators and not far to walk.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our hotel stay was wonderful! I also loved how clean everything is. The location isn’t too bad. If there wasn’t traffic , it would’ve been better/ but that’s expected during the summer vacation months! Other than that, we loved this hotel. Will stay here every time we visit Destin!

The great location and hospitality of the staff. Steve the maintenance guy was very nice and informative about the local entertainment for me and my wife to enjoy

Nothing...i just wish we could have gotten a room with a balcony.

The location and view was amazing. The facility was really clean as well. The staff were tentative.

The breakfast didn’t have much of a selection and with an hour left of serving breast a lot of the items were not refilled.

Location on the intracoastal, gym, the staff was very helpful, breakfast was great. Having a kitchen was awesome. I didn't make use of it this trip but did my last time there.

Housekeeping was lax

I like the convenience of the location and also that it was on the water. They also had a nice patio with a fireplace that was nice.

That the prices of snacks was ridiculous.

Everything was very nice and the outside in the back sitting area was beautiful.

I really wanted a balcony view from what i seen from the photos. I thought the room we had it would come with one, but it didn't. I didn't want to be that person who complains, though. The hotel is top tier and beautiful inside and out.

Great view had dishes that i didnt know would be included. Staff was friendly, breckfest was good pool was clean and grandkids had a blast

Couples suite with full kitchen and balcony along with easy access to pool, 24 hour full size gym, and lounging areas are what will bring us back. All other top rated hotels in Destin were sold out so we took a chance a little further out from Destin and we’re not disappointed!!
