The overall comfort, presentation, the room itself, location.

The pool itself could have been a little cleaner. I'm not sure WHY there is only ONE waffle maker when there were MULTIPLE people waiting, as well as one person (like me) making waffles for multiple family members. When I asked staff, the response was, "My manger only said to put out one." Lastly breakfast is over at 09:30am. That seems a bit quick. 11am may be too long, but how about maybe 10:30am???

Friendly staff. Breakfast was good with enough options. Hotel location is quiet with nice views of the mountains.

Bathroom lighting is dim unless you turn on the ceiling light which also turns the fan on. Cannot be used independently of one another. There was mold on the curtains in our room.

Room was a nice size. Bathroom was larger than usual. Good breakfast choices.

Kids slept on the pullout sofa. Mattress was very uncomfortable. An adult would not have slept comfortably.

Breakfast was great a lot to choose from very good. Hostess was very helpful. She did her job with all of us around her so great. Coffee was great 24/7 made my husband very happy. The Pool was awesome our 8 yr, old enjoyed an evening swim. Was clean and very comfortable temp. Our room was beautiful bed so comfortable right to sleep every night. We'll be back great place to stay.

Spacious rooms, big bathroom, and the breakfast was good and well attended by the staff.

Only dislike is we had to go find the front desk lady when we were trying to check in,she was outside smoking with customers.

Very clean, quiet hotel. Nicely decorated & had nice seasonal touches like fall flowers on breakfast tables that made it homey. Right off highway & easy to get to. Breakfast was nothing special but adequate.

No convenient restaurants.

Beds were so comfy and breakfast was awesome!

The lady working the desk that night said I didn’t book enough rooms for the people in my party, I tried to show her on my phone that I reserved rooms for 12 people and she was nasty about it. We didn’t arrive until midnight that night and that’s the last thing I wanted to deal with when I was tired and wore out.

The stay was nice. breakfast was good. There was an odd smell in elevator and staircase. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

The hotel was great, it's in a fairly quiet area. The pool was nice. Breakfast was good. The woman at the front desk, Janelle, was fantastic. She was helpful, friendly, enthusiastic. She deserves a raise.

The area was quite but it was a bit removed from everything else in town, restaurants, etc.

I really enjoyed the staff.

When we got to our room the TV would not work someone has stollen the HDMI cord. But that was not there fault so it really was not a dislike.
