Had 4 days here, very very good location, staff absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Bed was HUGE and so comfortable, was so nice to be able to not touch my wife in this heat!!!! Breakfast was amazing, probably one of the best breakfasts I've had, large range of hot and cold, pastries cooked to perfection. Only a 10min drive to Cáceres town centre and very easy to find. Heading back this way in December so may stay here again.

Parking was comical. Used the outside parking and saw cars parked across entrances/exits, parked in chevroned areas, just wherever there was a space. Pool area doesn't open until 11am. I thought this was a little too late.

The breakfast was exceptional with a huge choice of hot and cold dishes from the extensive buffet. It was one of the best breakfasts we have had in any hotel. There were a lot of staff members available to help with anything required. Our room was perfect with a coffee pod machine and a kettle. There was a good-sized fridge in the room which we used for keeping water cool. Toiletries were provided in the huge bathroom, and the bed was the biggest bed we have ever used in a hotel. We had one of the best nights sleep ever. The secure underground parking was easy to find and worth the extra minimal cost.

A fantastic place for an overnight stay. The modern hotel was spotless, rooms comfortable and blissfully cool (it was 34c outside), also really quiet overnight. The large swimming pool was open with lots of families having fun in the sunshine. The restaurant food was good and the service really friendly, but it did feel a little bit like a creche with lots of (all really well behaved) young children and pushchairs in evidence. However it was a Saturday night in June and we obviously had unwittingly chosen a very well run, great value, much loved family friendly hotel. The breakfast service hours were generous and it was every bit as good as all the other reviews mention, with a huge choice of fresh hot and cold food. All in all, what's not to love?!

The (€20 per night) underground car park bays are huge and wide, which was a real unexpected bonus for us as we drive a large SUV. Be aware however that the entrance to it is tricky and rather tight for larger cars. We made it, but only by a whisker with the mirrors tucked in! Also when leaving do not stop right in front of the large metal door when trying to find the button to open it, as, once pushed it very quickly opens inwards. Luckily the door sensors work!

We are picky. And yet we LOVED everything about this hotel! Big room, well-organized bathroom, good amenities, a delightful staff, a very very good breakfast at the lowest price we've seen for a 4-star. We had a car loaded with 3 months of stuff so we needed secure parking, which is why we chose the hotel. The garage was safe , and affordable. BUT the outdoor parking is fine, and safe for normal travelers. Although it was a 10-minute drive to the exceptional historic center, we also enjoyed a stroll around the hotel's neighborhood, which is an upscale residential enclave close to a big supermarket (Carrefour?).

This is a hotel that rightly deserves its 4 stars. Although it’s exterior architecture is not to my taste, every effort has been made inside to create beautiful spaces - in the common areas, the breakfast room, the hotel room (we were upgraded to a huge Junior suite) and even the hallways. The buffet breakfast was the most extensive and delicious we have had in our time in Spain, with lots of healthy options. We had a light dinner in the restaurant (due to the usual late hour in Spain) and were very impressed by the menu options and food quality. The staff were all very friendly and efficient.

This did not matter to us as we had already spent 3 nights in an apartment in the old town, but the hotel is on the outskirts of Cáceres in an “urbanization” near a highway, so you would need a car if you want to spend time in town - or perhaps there is a shuttle.

Good and accessible location when you don’t mind not being in city center. Going to center we did with car, only couple of minutes and perfect parking possibilities close at the old town. Staff giving good information. Spacious, clean rooms. Very nice pool we appreciated and enjoyed a lot in the afternoon when it was way too hot to be in town. Great breakfast with a lot of choice.

Parking space is a bit limited as we did not like to pay an additional €20/day.

Lovely pool. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. Comfy bed. Good bathroom, powerful shower. Nice towels etc.. Staff were all friendly & helpful. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed our meal and lovely service. Underground parking was very easy to access and secure. I’d book it in advance next time to make sure I got a space. We wanted a talking stopover halfway from the ferry to Costa del sol, and this was ideal. We didn’t go into Caseres this time, so can’t comment on how long this might take. The hotel provide pool towels. The gym was well equipped.

Very good sized room with a small balcony overlooking the road but that was fine with us as we just wanted a fresh air option. Room was really clean and the bathroom was big with a great shower. We booked mainly for the location with easy parking and this worked perfectly with us. It is a quite a walk into town but we knew that and were happy to walk. We didn't find any good restaurants in walking distance and should have eaten in the town or got a taxi somewhere. All in all it was perfect for what we needed which was a good stop off on a drive from southern Spain to the ferry in France.

We did ask for a quiet room if possible and ended up with one over the front of the hotel entrance which was noisy at night with people coming and going and also near the lifts. Would stay again but not in the room we had.

Everything was at a high standard from the moment we arrived to when we left. The staff are highly professional and friendly. They work extremely hard to make sure that your experience at the hotel is positive. I liked how the general manager was visible and checked in with staff. The amenities were of a high standard and we loved the pool. The bars were excellent and the bar staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was of a very high standard and very clean. The towels and toiletries were high quality. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel in Spain and the variety was exceptional. All in all, an outstanding experience! Will definitely go back!

I booked the hotel for an overnite stopover for its parking. However, I will definitely book again just for the breakfast! The restaurant & breakfast was exceptional. Rooms are very modern and clean. with a well equipped gym.

No food or snacks available until the restaurant opens at 8.30pm.
