Location was superb! The building is beautiful with lovely furnishings and art throughout. Apartment was very spacious and clean - and just wonderful for relaxing after climbing hills in the old city! The staff folks were very kind and always available when we needed an item. We wish we could have stayed a few weeks instead of only 3 nights. It is top on our list for the next trip !

The only surprise was the early hours of street cleaning and trash removal - but that was not the fault of the owners. It's a city - and cleaning the city is best when folks are asleep. The windows when closed kept out the noise.

Beautifully appointed Great location Quiet Respite from the heat outside Friendly staff

There is nothing to not like about this apartment, it is beautifully appointed and in a great location. At first we were angry because on Booking.com the main picture shown is from a different apartment. We had mistakenly booked thinking we were getting this apartment with the terrace overlooking the main square so when we arrived we were disappointed to realise this was not the case however the owner David went out of his way to console us/check we were satisfied and we left happy customers.

Great location. Large rooms with kitchenette. Our studio has windows facing Plaza Mayor and can see the busy city life and festivities of the Christmas season. Yet there is no noise at all once the windows are closed. The studio is very spacious and thus excellent for stay a few days. We didn’t have a car but the taxi is very convenient and cheap. We used it a lot between the train and bus stations. David was very nice and helpful in calling taxi for us in the early mornings. This is a wonderful place to stay as a base to visit nearby towns such as Merida and Trujillo.

Amazing location on the Plaza Mayor and we booked two apartments and they were both really well appointed and done to a high standard. Secure key code entry to both the building and individual apartment. Awesome touch screen lighting and music system too. We parked in the Párking Obispo Galarza which cost approx 12 euro for 24hrs and was less than a 5 min walk to the accommodation. A pleasure to meet host David at the property for access and he was really helpful explaining everything and also his local knowledge of where to go in this stunning place.

Fantastic location overlooking the bustling, historic Plaza Mayor but once the windows closed you couldn't hear a thing. Tiny balconies off the living room and the bedroom with enough room for one person to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. However, the highlight may have been the friendly, helpful and gracious host, David. He is justifiably proud of his thoroughly updated family house.

I could have not broken a beer mug. David magnanimously refused my offer to pay for a replacement though. Also, it took us a a while to figure out how to use the stovetop. Would try to book a room with its own terrace if I came back.

This property is so centrally located on the square, surrounded by cafes, bars, shops, tourist office and is within touching distance of the old city of Caceres. It was absolutely spotless, they seem to have invested in smart technology and Im guessing in soundproofing as we did not hear a sound from the square or other residents staying at the property. I did not realise that you could get the entry codes to the door and our apartment by doing an online check in but that was not a problem. There is a button at the door which says office and it was answered immediately by David who brought us to our room, explained the entry codes, did the check in and talked us through the features in the room. David was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room (203) was bright and airy and had a king size bed and overlooked a small internal courtyard which David said we could use if we wanted to sit outside at any time. There was aircon in the sitting room and the bedroom, which we did not use given the time of year (May). The presses were adequately stocked with delph, cutlery, pots and pans for 4 people staying in the room. I loved the idea that you do not get keys, that there is a code for the main door and a separate code for your room. Our only concern if you could call it that, was how do you let them know that you are leaving as there is no key to give back, however this conundrum was solved for us as David was chatting to another couple as we were on our way out so we could let him know we were leaving and could thank him for his kindness and the lovely apartment he made available to us. We parked in a nearby car park (150m) which had been recommended by the owners, cost was around €12.50 for 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Location (+ and -), quick and easy access to stunning old town, very clean, modern apartment, super warm and helpful staff, luggage room and laundry room very nice

We wanted to use the kitchen, but the high tech appliances were hard to figure out. There AC unit blew onto the bed at night, which was not relaxing. These was a loud event in the plaza (Caceres Half Marathon), probably not typical(!) that had music and loud speakers. Parking was relatively close by in a secure lot, but did cost us 13 EU/day.

As we’re from Australia the Location facing Moorish and Renaissance buildings was amazing. Dave, the host was quick to respond, courteous and helpful. The apartment was gorgeous! Beautiful design - felt resort-like, quiet, spacious, extremely clean and supplies (from olive oil to toilet paper etc etc etc!) were incredible! Even a built-in soap tap on kitchen bench! We loved Caceres and this apartment!

The classic our stay was too short!

Absolutely outstanding facility, spotlessly clean, prime location on the main square with excellent access to the old Town. The apartment had all of the necessities one would need. Hosts were very accommodating and accessible. The whole apartment building was tastfully decorated and very well looked after. The square is a very lively place however noise was not a problem, and our comfortable beds meant we got a good night's sleep.

Great location very near historic centre. Very pretty, well laid-out apartment in a lovely building with some outdoor common space for visitors. Both bedrooms and bathrooms large and modern. Surprisingly quiet given its location on the main square.

Some written information about how to use the appliances would have been helpful. Our apartment was up several flights of stairs with no lift, though a chairlift part way up. This should be made clear in the particulars.
