As mentioned by other reviewers, the location is great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, however I agree with another person that said the shower could use a bit of work on the seals because there are signs of blackness and with just a little effort it would very much improve the appearance. The apartment was very quiet despite the location, the bed was comfy and there were amenities like the pack for washing dishes and shampoos etc that really helped. It is very good value for money.

Despite sending messages to all guests about not smoking, there was still a strong odor in the hallway. There was clearly a guest smoking and I'm afraid nothing was done. Also, the apartments are not all the same. The one we stayed in didn't have any/very little natural light in the kitchen or living space. For one night it would have been fine, but I would suggest that for people that stay longer, like 3 nights, a different room would be better. Judging by the reviews, most people only stay 1-2 nights.

The apartment is large, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. It's also in a fantastic location, right next to the historical center of Cáceres. The staff at the reception desk is helpful and friendly, and check-in/check-out procedures are straightforward. The kitchenette is basic but perfectly functional.

The apartment cannot be accessed by car and finding free parking nearby is difficult. If you plan on using the kitchen, make sure to bring your own oil/salt/pepper/etc. as nothing is provided.

This was one of the best places we’ve stayed while walking the Via de la Plata. We took a rest day in Cáceres and booked this apartment. The location is perfect - 5 minutes from Plaza Mayor and close to restaurants and the old city. The kitchenette is small but incredibly well stocked! Shower is excellent. Bed is excellent. Communication and staff are excellent. It’s ideal. Highly recommend staying here while in Cáceres!

This wasn't an issue for us but keep in mind the building isn't in an area you can drive. We parked in the car park and it was approximately a 4 minute walk. They make you aware of this when you book. Some people may find this a bit difficult so I wanted to make a note of it.

Although the shape of mini-apartments is a bit weird (just very long and furniture was strange), the place is brand new, bathroom and showers are great and the bed was among the most comfortable I have ever tried. Moreover, although the room was just above a crowded square, soundproofing was outstanding and I had no problem whatsoever.

This apartment is basic but the price is extremely reasonable and the location (just a stone's throw from the Plaza Mayor) is fantastic!! The bed was very comfortable, the airconditioning worked well (very necessary in Extremadura in mid-summer) and the bathroom was clean and very serviceable. It would have been nice to have an electric coffee machine, but there were many restaurants close by that served coffee and breakfast at very reasonable prices.

We would have liked an electric coffee machine and perhaps a comfortable sofa, but these additions would no doubt have increased the rental price so we certainly aren't complaining!!

Very comfortable apartment. It was centrally located to all the sites in the old city. A special shoutout to Brian, at the front desk. He was very helpful and kind. He found me a nearby gym so I could workout and walked me to my taxi on checkout day. Above and beyond the usual service. Thank you.

Super central location, 1 min from the main square of Cáceres. Clean building and rooms, reception open up to 22h and easy 24/7 interaction via whatsapp with the staff. The person at the front desk was very friendly.

The rooms where not soundproof, you could hear everyone in and out in the building, the cleaning people early in the morning. Not a terrible issue, anyways. The bathroon had a hand shower but not support on the top, so it was hard to take a shower always holding the hose. Again, not a terrible issue but a pretty easy one to solve. :) I would say it was a bit overpriced, maybe due to the festivities of San Jorge.

What a great stay! You've got this nice apartment all for you. It's got a mini-kitchen and a table. The room is spacious if you're going to spend few days in Cáceres. Plus, the location is the best: you've got shops, groceries and the main town square just few steps away. We loved eating at the nearby restaurant called "Centro" (we highly recommend it: it's very cheap considering that we ate there some of the most delicious meals we ever had in our whole travel-life, lol) and we enjoyed going out for a relaxing walk in the evening in the surrounding areas.

The lady at reception was exceptionally helpful with our questions. The apartment we were given was really spacious and very well equipped. It was also spotless. The situation of the apartments is excellent, close to the main shopping street and close to the wonderful historic quarter. Our best stay so far on our cycling holiday
