The hotel is located just outside the historical centre of Cáceres at walking distance from the main square and all attractions, monuments, bars and restaurants. It has a very nice terrace with a great view over the old city. Unfortunately, in winter it was closed but when the season is good there is a restaurant there. Our room was spacious and also had a nice terrace, even if the view was on the opposite side of the city.

Very nice hotel, just around the corner from the historic center. The room was modern and spacious. There is a parking garage, but access is through a lift, so you have to park in front and then check in. The outer doors are opened by the staff when you pull up. If they are full, there is a public parking garage further down the street.

Parking spots were a little tight, but that's kind of expected.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the historical area, which made it easy to explore the city on foot. We really enjoyed the breakfast – it was fresh, varied, and nicely presented.

The only downside was getting to the hotel – the Google Maps directions were incorrect and took us to a dead-end street, which was quite confusing.

The hotel is very good and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even upgraded my room with no costs and I enjoy a nice terrace. The hotel is located in a very nice area, quite close to the monumental Caceres so you can enjoy the city on foot. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

Nice size room comfortable bed fridge stocked was never asked when I checked out if I used anything from fridge bathroom had shampoo conditioner shower gel and body lotion

Not a thing if I go back to caceres would most likely stay in same hotel as very near main square and attractions

The location was perfect and there was subterranean parking a bonus

There were not any facilities for tea or coffee and the bar never opened ,so the nice entrance lounge and roof top. Terrace were super areas to relax ....but no tea or coffee 🙁👎🏼 for A 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ bit of a disappointment

The hotel was perfectly situated for walking to the Historic centre, just a 5 minute stroll away. No restaurant at the hotel but plenty in walking distance. Staff were lovely, even upgrading our room at no cost, so we had a generous balcony accessed from the room with lovely views over the rooftops.

No complaints.

A clean, decent-sized room with a big comfy bed and a fairly big TV. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower. The hotel was very close to the Old Town and not too tar from the bus station.

We had the best breakfast we had in a hotel in years! there was a brilliant variety, and everything was fresh and tasty. The room was very nice and spacious, and the location is perfect for tourists.

The car park, as the entrance to the lift is very narrow, and even driving inside the car park was a bit difficult

For some reason our room would smell of cigarettes from time to time. The window was closed so I’m not sure where it came from
